Are you in control of your body and mind or are you giving your life over to pain? Take your power back to gain a pain free life!About 5 years ago my hips had enough of me not giving my body the care it needed. I was told if I didn't stop running, I wouldn't ever be able to run again. What that did to my being was crushing! I took time off from running because the pain was so great I had no choice.I have a never giving up spirit so for the last 5 years, I have tried so many different things to get my body to cooperate. Even though I'm a massage therapist, sometimes I still can't see what's going on with my own body. Sometimes it takes an outside perspective to show you what your body is going through. I might be able to feel what's going on and have an understanding of how the body works, but I needed someone to help me who has a complete different perspective, yet can understand my love for running.Liz Roberge Johns totally gets it! She met me where I am, she looked at my body and knew exactly what I need to do to keep running pain free. She is teaching me simple exercises and breathing techniques to naturally reeline my posture, strengthen muscles and activate muscles that haven't been firing properly. She hasn't told me to stop, she has taught me to readjust so I can keep going!With my type of personality and spirit, this is exactly what I needed. I needed someone to understand my love and passion and that I'm not going to stop at anything. Life is about readjusting, when life is painful readjust, don't stop, don't give in, don't give up. Find the people that have the knowledge you need to help push you forward in living a life you want and love ❤️Today I feel that I have taken my power back because I have been given tools to do what my body needs when I'm doing what I love. There's nothing more powerful than being in control of your own pain, your own body so you can keep moving forward ❤️Thank you Liz ?

Brian has taken the time to listen to my needs with chronic pain. He is working with me to help my posture and alignment of my body to ease my pain. I was a little hesitant at first, as I have tried many things for pain and headaches and how can posture help that much. Boy was I wrong. I have had 6 knee surgeries and have CRPS. My knee and hip have always been in pain. The techniques he is working with are bringing back the basics that we all need to remember, breathing and posture. Those two things and the movements he has shown me have changed my mobility and pain. My mom is also working with Brian and together we have watched each other change in the way we walk hold our selves and see the improvement of pain. It is truly amazing and I would recommend anyone to check this out!!

Cade and Liz definitely knows their field of fitness. They will help any level of fitness your at and can direct you in the right path to the fitness goal you are trying to achieve. Before hearing about CadeFit, I was struggling heavily with low back pain. I had been to doctors and chiropractors and none gave me any long term solutions. After just a few meetings with CadeFit though, my back is already feeling better. My posture is better in every way and other parts of my body that I didn't realize needed attention feel better as well. Highly recommend!

I could hardly play sports, go fishing, or even cut the grass before going to CadeFit. I had been a college athlete, a state police officer, and I was still in my late 20's and I would have to rest for 3 days after doing simple tasks around the house. Within 3 weeks at CadeFit, I could function better then I had in years. After a month, I could play golf, fish all day, and play basketball again and have no pain afterwards! Its been awesome to have my life back again!

I started going to CadeFit to work on my posture. I have a bad lower back. Torn disk and bulging disk. After a few months of working with Brian, my posture is completely different and my pain has subsided. I am thankful CadeFit.

Brian is excellent at listening to your specific needs and creating a program that is just right for you. The facility is clean and precautions are taken to provide social distancing. It is a very uplifting environment. I did posture alignment work with Brian which significantly reduced the amount of pain I have in my back. Learning this program has also given me tools to work through any pain that occurs. This is well worth your time and effort!

I just got out of a session of coaching and I can honestly say I have loved every step of this process! At our first posture visit, I was taught simple exercises that helped manage areas my pain was coming from and I experienced immense relief within the hour (and each time I complete my menu at home)! I also had the opportunity to try a coaching session for my mind as Brian worked with me one on one to address some of the mental obstacles I'd been struggling with. We did some clarifying conversations and I can even feel the tension relief from those exercises as well. I tend to carry a lot of stress and anxiety and it hinders me from the lifestyle I want. After walking out of strength from within I feel physically and mentally less burdened and more adequately prepared for my week. I can't recommend this place enough with how much they've been able to help, thank you Alisa and Brian for all you do!

I was seeking help for chronic lower back pain and Brian Cade offers help through a series of exercises and stretches. The program (Egoscue Method) focuses on creating balance within the body. It's been 6 weeks since my last appointment and as long as I keep doing my workouts, there is no pain. I would highly recommend CadeFit to anyone looking for help!

The Egoscue exercises have been nothing short of miraculous. My body was the end result of multiple car accidents, falls with broken bones and surgeries. Physical therapy sessions allowed me to return to movement but did nothing for the pain. I was a mass of hurt. I had learned to "suck it up" over the years rather than become dependent on medications. The worst was feeling off balance and old. I had become a creeper. Liz designed a program that has allowed my body to realign into a pre-accident(s) state. Liz is dedicated to her craft. There wasn't a session where her "tweaking" didn't lead to a better me. I feel stronger and more vibrant. I sleep through the night. I have energy to work through the day without needing a nap at lunch. I have been able to walk barefoot on the grass again, without pain. Thank you Liz.... many times over!
