“We are always greeted with a warm welcome when entering the store. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The merchandise is of quality, sometimes overpriced, so I try to catch the sales! I love that by providing my phone number, I can easily access my rewards account and am able to utilize Hot Cash without having the physical coupons. This is a huge help for someone forgetful, spur of the moment, and constantly on the move. “I had no issues with this place. I recently ETS'ed and my time at CIF went VERY smoothly. A few things needed a bit more cleaning however thats understandable. Tips to help your process go smoother1. CLEAN YOUR GEAR2. GO ahead and print out your clothing record and go through and make sure you have everything and separate it into bins according to whatever page it may be on for your persona clothing record.3. Have your IOTV completely assembled (yolk and collar, groin protector etc.)4. Be patient with them and they will be patient with you.Dont be that person retiring after 20 years and say "this is 20 years worth of gear" That just tells them you did absolutely NOTHING to prepare for this appointment.....so expect delays.Thats all, respect the people and the people will respect you <3”

“I just called to ask if they do appointments for a Reservist. They will not assist you in getting measurements unless you purchase from them directly, if your unit is paying for it they will not assist you in getting measured. I thought this place was assist soldiers. It's very sad and the lady was abrupt and rude. I may not have gotten my dress uniform there but I would have purchased my ribbons and everything else from them but not now.14 Dec 2023changing my review. I decided to go there this morning and just see if they would help me. They did. The lady in the alterations shop was so sweet and nice too me. She made sure I had my measurements. Didn't have an appointment, just went in their tried a few jackets and pants on for the new AGSU. The other lady was really nice too. They will assist you.I'm not sure who that other lady was that answered that phone but she wasn't to pleasant.”
“Went into the store today to do an online purchase return. I was quickly greeted by the store manager, Brandy, who was beyond helpful! She went out of her way to help me find some jeans that fit me very well, and her customer service was unmatched. I have to admit I am mostly an online shopper, and this was the first in-store experience I had had in a long time, and she made it very pleasant and enjoyable! Highly recommend going to see her for any of your clothing needs”
“I absolutely love this store! The items are good quality and last for a long time. I love the stand they have taken on doing things to save the planet. They donate to different charities and have reusable bags that are only $5. If that’s not something you’re interested in they offer a paper bag for .10 so be prepared for that huge expense ? So people be in there crying over that. The employees are nice and helpful as well.”
