Food Lion is a very small, clean, and well-stocked store. The customer service is by far the best in a grocery store, with a great friendly staff that provides service with a smile and is always willing to help. The store is always fully staffed with minimal wait time. Great prices and great deals can be found, and the food quality is good. It has everything needed, though some specific items like organic creamer or oranges can sometimes be missing. It remains a great place to shop.

I can always find what I need here. The vegetables are fresh with a large local variety. They carry international foods that I live to experiment with. Friendly employees.

Had been looking 3 bean salad by Hanover co couldn't find it in Walmart in md (Found it in the Lion in portsmouth Va by chance . Thanks food lion!!!.
