“The owners and workers all go above and beyond to personalize your experience and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm and intrigue about gaining feedback so they can deliver better products and services. They have a great selection of products, from snacks, beer, smoking products, slushies, gas, hot food, games, and more. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because the prices are a bit high on groceries, however they got a great price for beer and cigs. It's truly a staple of Grafton and a legendary place with a legendary crew.”
“Stopped in for a birthday day gift and I was in awe! This is one of the cleanest (no the only one I’ve seen clean) stores I could walk the aisle with ease without truck carts on the floor. The shelves were full and front faced. I was in so much disbelief I walked down aisles that I didn’t need to just because I’ve NEVER seen a DG store this organized. I will travel the additional miles just to return to this location just because of the location. I was greeted (which makes you feel invited in) other stores I’ve visited they would just look at me! To whomever is the manager of this store GREAT JOB keep up the good work!!! I’m sure customers appreciate a clean organized environment. I personally THANK YOU ?”

“I love walking there with my sister every once in a while! The only thing that I don’t like is that the prices aren’t very clear, and can only be seen on select items. This makes it hard for me to figure out how much money I’m spending. Other than that, the store has basically everything!”
“i went here and the food was made fresh that morning. I have never had any problems at this store. Always been very welcoming. This is always a convenience to me and i’m glad that i’ve been to rips. Not to mention they have a new manager who is so positive and welcoming and willing to go the extra mile for the customers. I highly recommend this place !!!”

“I started using Kroger at Kiln Creek after the Grafton Rite Aid closed. I wish I had started using them sooner. They have always been amazing and given great service. All the ladies are super nice and a joy to interact with. Special shout out to Pharmacist Victoria. She is always so nice and works her butt off to get things done. Thank you, I greatly appreciate good service and a job well done!”
“Recntly Rebranded to a Kroger Marketplace, still has a few more finishing touches, but the place feels lively, spacious, and modern. Once it finds footing, I think it will be a great hub for new foodie finds. As is, it was still a wonderful experience!”
