“Kraken is an amazing facility. Personally, I love the 24/hr access as well as the variety of equipment available to be used. Remmi, a co-owner, is always helpful on request and the environment is always welcoming.”

“Lindsay is a very thoughtful coach and will work with any individual limitations an athlete may have so they get the most from the workouts.
She is encouraging and very positive in attitude. Even though you are tired from the workouts you leave her classes happy.”

“I have been going to Body By D for 6 years now. If you're looking for a great gym with exceptional ownership, you found the right place. D'Shawn Wright does a great job exceeding the needs of his clients and is an amazing trainer. I hate putting up my before picture, but you can see how I looked before and after I worked with D. Huge difference. The man is a miracle worker and I can't recommend his gym or his services enough.”

“This is a nice workout place when you want to get a workout in at anytime. When I visited, the place was very clean, did not smell bad (as some gyms do), and there was plenty of space between machines and equipment to not feel cramped in. For its size, it had a good variety of dumbbells, barbells, free weights, and benches for a variety of lifts and exercises, and it had a great variety of machine weights, ellipticals, bikes, and other stuff. It's not a powerhouse weight lifting gym where you'll find 600+ pounds for free weight bench pressing, squatting, and so forth, but a very convenient fitness center open 24-hours a day that has plenty of weights to challenge and keep you in shape (the squat machine may have up to or more than 500 lbs). There are water fountains, decent size storage lockers (you must bring your own lock, as locker keys/locks are not provided), and a few bathrooms. You can change clothing in the bathrooms, but they do NOT (or did not when I visited) have a ledge, shelf, or counter in the bathroom to put clothing and property on while changing into other clothing, and putting clothing on the floor in a bathroom is unacceptable, so it can be a bit awkward changing clothing in the bathrooms, depending on what you are wearing; it's a major difficulty if you're wearing a suit and changing into gym gear, but if you come dressed to exercise then don't worry about this. Yet installing some shelves in the bathrooms would be a good improvement. They have bottles of disinfectants located throughout the place, for free use to disinfect equipment before and after using it. There are plenty of mirrors to see yourself as you workout. People in the place when I visited were just doing there thing.People here (staff and patrons) are very amenable to helping people and looking out for one another to ensure everyone is safe and okay. A lot of people who come here are decent people and respectful. The costs for membership are about average for gym memberships. The benefit to this place is that it's open 24 hours a day, so you can get very early and very late workouts in as needed or desired. In this regard, the place lives up to its name and is one of a kind in the area.”

“About 6 months ago I started training with Paul. I honestly couldn't do a pushup to save my life. Now I've gotten much stronger, I found myself doing push-ups just as something do. Paul is an awesome train I would suggest to anyone.”
