Christina was great at assisting with a customs form, while Miss Janet expertly guided a customer through a passport application, answering all their questions. The staff's efficiency and knowledge have impressed many visitors. However, some customers have faced issues, such as non-delivery of Amazon packages, even for small items. The "oversized package" designation was frustrating in one case. While the office crew received high praise, a few reviewers felt the staff was not accommodating of unprepared or impatient customers. Overall, this USPS location offers reliable, secure and affordable postal services. The staff is generally described as wonderful, with customers highlighting positive experiences getting passports, shipping items, and more. With self-service stations available, the post office aims to provide a convenient experience, though planning ahead is recommended to avoid potential crowds.
Genuinely some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff is very helpful & accommodating. Sadly, Bingo patrons take up 3 parking lots!

I’ve been frequenting the Poquoson office because it is closer but I have made several trips to the Grafton office just because the ladies in there are so joyful and happy. Kind and helpful.its worth the extra mileage!!! Thank you ladies! You are all doing great!!!
