Christina was great at assisting with a customs form, while Miss Janet expertly guided a customer through a passport application, answering all their questions. The staff's efficiency and knowledge have impressed many visitors. However, some customers have faced issues, such as non-delivery of Amazon packages, even for small items. The "oversized package" designation was frustrating in one case. While the office crew received high praise, a few reviewers felt the staff was not accommodating of unprepared or impatient customers. I’ve been frequenting the Poquoson office because it is closer but I have made several trips to the Grafton office just because the ladies in there are so joyful and happy. Kind and helpful.its worth the extra mileage!!! Thank you ladies! You are all doing great!!!

I used to frequent the Poquoson post office but the people working there were so rude. Since I started using Grafton PO the people are so friendly and helpful. It is so wonderful to know that good service still exists! Thank you ladies!

Wonderful lady at the front counter with glasses,purple framed glasses. She is the kindest postal office lady I ever seen. Working by herself nice to all the customers and very helpful .
