Went to this location and requested a passport for my mom. It was past the scheduled time frame. Clerk said she would find out if someone would be able to help. Another clerk came out and said she would help us even though it was her lunch time. She went above and beyond to help us get the process going and she was very polite and easy to work with. I don't know if I can name names but I hope she will get this feedback. My 88 year old mother really appreciated her efforts to get this done so she could go and see her daughter later in the month. Thank you so much for your help.

I have changed my address 5 times between online and in person and they STILL aren't forwarding my mail. They forward it for 2 to 7 days and then it stops showing up again. Sure enough, the mail is at the old address.

Had an issue with mail delivery and called for assistance. Customer service opened the case, and told me to expect a call. Then I got an email saying the case was closed at my request. I did not request to close case. They arbitrarily took it upon themselves to close it without even talking to me. Needless to say the issue wasn’t resolved and the service received is what you would expect from a government service that is on its last breath. You would think they would try harder to stay relevant and helpful in a time where mail carriers are not needed as much. Instead, they chose to continue the failings and not attempt to get better or service the paying public. Total disregard for customers and their mail. The other reviews should of been a call to action from whomever is in charge, instead they ignore them and continue to remain substandard.

It can get busy and feels they get swamped easily, but everyone there at the counter have been wonderful and helpful.

Lost my cashiers check I was using from a bank to payout my car loan, I sent a expedited check that was supposed to be sent asap and 3 weeks they never got it, had to redo the whole process. This place sucks

I frequently receive other people's mail. How hard is it to pull up to 110, look down at the mail to double check & see it's for 116 and then not put it in 110's mailbox. No telling how many items I don't receive. And they have no local phone number.

*****SHIPPER BEWARE*****
This has to be one of worse Post Offices in America and I use to work for the Post Office so I know exactly what is going on here. I have personally witnessed awful treatment to customers where the Post Office employee tries to belittle the customer because they want to know where their packages are and the Post Office employeee talks to them and acts like the customer is suppose to know the all the rules and ropes of the Post Office. This is sad and just a prime example of the attitude and disrespect towards you for trying to right the wrong that this Post Office creates. There is no leadership or management present ever and the Postal Workers have an I am untouchable attitude as if they are above the regular customer.
The sad part is I have mailed items from this post office for my business and for personal and paid for 2, 3 day to locations only 6 hours away and they never make it, while the ones sent over 10 hours away make it. There is no way you pay for 2 day priority and the packages moves 1 day and never gets scanned again and just sits at the location or in transit to the next location for 6 days straight. (Prime sign they are being stolen or rerouted to the Postal Workers house who switched the label to steal it internally). Then when you go to track the package and ask for updates and receive no updates there is a major issue. To have 2 packages going to 2 different locations do the same thing leads me to believe this is personal and done on purpose. (Which when I worked for the Post Office was done repeatedly by front desk postal workers who had conflicts with customers)They are scamming people and stealing from them and no one at this post office even cares. Ship with another carrier if you do not want childish things to happen to your property your shipping. Amazon has not missed a single shipping deadline.

This post office is disaster they don’t have internet for one week paying cash only no Money order nothing is working properly . I cannot believe this the United States post office in 2024 how can you help other countries with our hard working tax money if you can’t have a post office that’s work normal help your country first before you can help the word .

A zero is not an adequate rating for this post office. Does not deserve one star. So rude and indignant! I just read all the reviews, what is up with this place? Maybe there needs to be a change in management that can set higher expectations for their employees.

Wondering why my package arrived here, said it was out for delivery, then changed AGAIN to go back and it's being processed, and now there is no delivery date.
So they went out to deliver and instead took it back to post office? Over 24 hours and no updates nor deliveries.
Update: now they sent it to Richmond. You people really are unintelligent, huh? Or just purely lazy.

Awesome service and they have self-service stations so that you can avoid long lines. It can be busy at times, so plan accordingly if you'd like to avoid that!
