I had an appointment with Alexandria Jones. She coped an attitude with me when I did do something she wanted me to do concerning another account not related to why I was there. She gave me a lower interested rate on my CD renewal because I wouldn't change something on another account. Who is she working for?

I would give them a zero! One teller running the drive thru and the lobby on a Friday afternoon. Ridiculous!

Huge Wells Fargo! Like wow, I've never seen one with so much drive thru/ atm space. When I was here it was pretty much empty- I had fast service. Friendly workers. Would return!
