Aberdeen Automotive is an honest and professional shop with a great team. Customers report they do a great job fixing cars and addressing problems. They are very friendly and care more that your car is right than making money. The shop communicates amazingly, provides pictures of what needs to be replaced, and works with customers to resolve issues. They go above and beyond, even taking time out of a busy schedule to help. They will stop what they are doing to help correct an issue and make a customer's problem their problem. This is true customer service of the highest caliber. Many have been customers for years and have never been disappointed. People find the costs reasonable, often less than expected. Customers absolutely trust them, definitely recommend the shop, and state it is the only place they will take their cars from now on.
