“They were amazing!!' my gf recently bought a car from 5star and had all the rear differential fluid leak out because the drain plug was not even finger tight. Fast lube got us in instantly and checked everything and drained and filled the differential fluid for free! Justin, brandon and Jason were awesome! They were very friendly and fast. They also topped off the windshield fluid and did a full inspection on everything external. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone going to fast lube!”

“Scott is great to work with and always takes great care of my Jeep. He has hired a couple of my most trusted mechanics and electrical specialists. When he first opened though, I had him install my front axle air locker and it worked awesome the first time I needed it on a steep section of the Naches trail.

For the past three weeks, I was dealing with a serious SRC (DEF) issue. I first went to Kenworth Salt Lake City, then my hometown Kenworth Coopersburg, and unfortunately neither could identify the problem. I struggled enormously and finally arrived here with very little time left before a derate shutdown.
The moment they saw my situation, the Service Manager immediately prioritized my truck and brought it into the shop. While I was trying to arranging an assistant truck so I could unload my trailer, an excellent technician (I regret not getting his name due to the stress and panic I was under) took charge of the issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem and found a cracked wiring harness — something no one else had caught.
Thanks to their professionalism, speed, and kindness, I was able to deliver my load on time, without delay and without paying extra money. Even after everything was resolved, when I returned for a final check, they diagnosed the truck again just to be sure everything was perfect.
I honestly don’t know how to properly express my gratitude. These people are kind, efficient, and true professionals. PACCAR or Kenworth — whoever the right authority is — all Kenworth dealers should learn from this modest but exceptional shop.

He assisted us with finding the trade in value on my car and with any other questions we might of had. Gary felt like a friend by the time we left.
