For the past three weeks, I was dealing with a serious SRC (DEF) issue. I first went to Kenworth Salt Lake City, then my hometown Kenworth Coopersburg, and unfortunately neither could identify the problem. I struggled enormously and finally arrived here with very little time left before a derate shutdown.

The moment they saw my situation, the Service Manager immediately prioritized my truck and brought it into the shop. While I was trying to arranging an assistant truck so I could unload my trailer, an excellent technician (I regret not getting his name due to the stress and panic I was under) took charge of the issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem and found a cracked wiring harness — something no one else had caught.

Thanks to their professionalism, speed, and kindness, I was able to deliver my load on time, without delay and without paying extra money. Even after everything was resolved, when I returned for a final check, they diagnosed the truck again just to be sure everything was perfect.

I honestly don’t know how to properly express my gratitude. These people are kind, efficient, and true professionals. PACCAR or Kenworth — whoever the right authority is — all Kenworth dealers should learn from this modest but exceptional shop.
