She acted like it was inconvenient to assist me. I find that unfortunate, because most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Definitely not an asset Q-mart.”

“I truly cannot say enough good things about the customer service at this Chevron! I have never given a review for a gas station, but people need to know about the exceptional customer service at this station! My family and I drove through Aberdeen recently just after a snow storm, and stopped for gas. The pump we were using was flowing very slowly, and the AMAZING woman inside somehow noticed this and came running out to help! With no coat on! HA! She did a bit of magic and the gas eventually started flowing better. But the whole time she was out with us, she was friendly, cheery and happy to help! She clearly takes pride in providing great service, and it did not go unnoticed! She went above and beyond with us being out in the cold. I even kept saying that I could take over so she could go back inside. But she insisted on making things right and easy for us. Wowza! My family went on our way after profusely thanking her.Her kindness never left me though, so I called the station about 5 days later when back in California to find out who that wonderful woman was. So I could personally thank her again. A LOVELY woman named Sandy helped me track down that it was Angelina who helped us that day. Thank you, Angelina! You brightened our day so much just by being you! And my understanding from Sandy is that all the employees are just as friendly and kind. I have no doubt about that. This place is a gem for the people there! Stop in and support this station because they have the most wonderful human beings there ready to put a smile on your face! And that is priceless! :)”

“I've been coming to this store for around 10 yrs or so, mainly to buy lottery tickets once a week but, occasionally, to also get gas. In that time I've generally found the staff to be friendly and helpful (there ARE the occasional exceptions but, let's remember, we're talking about PEOPLE and anyone can have an "off" day or maybe they're just having a REALLY bad day. So I tend to give them the benefit of the doubt on the few times I've encountered a rude or discourteous clerk/employee). Over the years I, and sometimes my 2 daughters who're almost always with me, have made friends with some of the clerks there. One of them, Nancy, is our favorite. She is, in our humble opinion, just a real, all around sweet lady. If she sees me without my girls, she always asks about them and the few times she's seen my girls with my wife, instead of me, they tell me that she'll ask THEM about ME.That little extra touch of kindness is one of the reasons I continue coming back to this store and spending my money there. Oh, and my wife just LOVES their pizza (as do my girls)!! Lord only KNOWS how much of our $$ she's spent there JUST on their pizza slices, hahahaha!!! The store is usually relatively clean, along with their bathroom, and the clerks do a pretty good job of keeping the lines moving during the times when the store has high customer traffic yet all the while staying friendly and professional. “I'm a 7-11 fan, so I always stop in at a store when I travel. There are four stores that I know of in Grays Harbor and I've been to them all several times. They all get the job done, but this one is my favorite! They have a good inventory and always have hot food. Always. Some stores don't in the off hours. The staff is friendly too. Go here if you want the true 7-11 experience.”

“Stopped so my neice could get gas. Only reason for the 4 star is the exit back to get back on the Highway out of town. It's a corner no one let you in. If need to back into downtown Aberdeen, it's impossible. You have to go through the Walmart parking lot, to the traffic light. To me that's awaits of gas,with the price of gas these days.”
