“I’ve used American auto repair for everything from getting my side mirror replaced to general upkeep/maintenance, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else if you live in or around Spokane. The mirror fix was perfect, and everyone was so honest and helpful. Jason offered such great advice for what to do with upkeep to keep my warranty good, and it’s so incredibly helpful to have someone you trust in your corner when you are a car owner who doesn’t know much about cars. The dealership had scheduled some maintenance work that wasn’t needed for another 20,000 miles and would have been quite expensive. The recommendations of what to check and what to make sure to do with the dealership/what I could get done here were really great, and I’ve needed to get my tires checked and hadn’t gotten around to it because it felt overwhelming, and being able to ask questions was wonderful. 100/10 would recommend this place to anyone. Quality work. Honesty. And kindness, even for someone who has no idea about her own car.”

“One of the best Shop experiences I’ve ever had Auto Clutch started having issues on a Tuesday morning Pulled over, found TTS was 2 miles away. Dropped the load and bobtailed over.. Brian was absolutely exceptional. He personally took us back to our loads and even offered to help find a hotel close by if needed He Quoted labor. Got the trans pulled immediately, quoted parts. Sent pictures of the bad stuff and I paid a portion upfront (expensive parts list). He was upfront about his time frame and had the truck done exactly when he said. early Friday morning. All in all, I have absolutely zero complaints or criticisms. This place is GOOD”
