“Took my diesel f250 2012 in because the a/c was not blowing cold. Usually with a/c and diesel I assume the worst and was expecting thousands of dollars for a repair estimates. They diagnosed and found a leak at a valve and recharged the system. Now I have to bring it bacl to male sure there are no additional leaks of course, but I really appreciate their honesty. A/c repair is easy to justify replacing a bunch of parts so I really really appreciate being able to take this approach and minimize costs.
Great service, great people. Will be bringing my truck here again. Won't name names, but much netter service and value than a certain truck manufacturer and sales group they are located near. You can also talk to an actual person as opposed to having to text message with a service advisor while trying to interpret Gen Z texting.”

Auto Clutch started having issues on a Tuesday morning
Pulled over, found TTS was 2 miles away. Dropped the load and bobtailed over.. Brian was absolutely exceptional. He personally took us back to our loads and even offered to help find a hotel close by if needed
He Quoted labor. Got the trans pulled immediately, quoted parts. Sent pictures of the bad stuff and I paid a portion upfront (expensive parts list). He was upfront about his time frame and had the truck done exactly when he said. early Friday morning.
All in all, I have absolutely zero complaints or criticisms. This place is GOOD”
“The first thing that comes to mind regarding my first experience with this shop is Knowledgeable. The next is reasonably priced, at with a service level that exceeds my expectations. No one really plans for major issues to arise with a relatively new Subaru, but the sheer amount of miles and challenging roads conditions I had put mine through ended up “inoperable” Steve had me back on the road working ahead of expectations, which meant I could get back to work. I highly recommend my Subaru mechanic!”

“Wayne and Brad at Rollin on repair are great to work with, they are very reasonable. They fixed an issue on my F-150 in less than 24 hours that Corwin Ford in the Spokane Valley couldn't fix in 4 months of testing, calling in engineers, and different parts that didn't need to fix.
It ended up being the same part that Corwin Ford installed. Their Tech bent and broke off one of the needles that kept sending a miss fire and making my oil pressure sensor go off. I had to fight with Corwin Ford to just get my deductible back. They wanted to charge me more $$ because they couldn't figure it out and had out all this time and parts into shit that didn't even need DO NOT USE CORWIN FORD!!!!”

“I had great service. For oil change and tire rotation.. I have 6,700 miles on my 2025 Subaru the mechanic suggested I get my cabin filter and engine air filter replaced both were dirty. I went ahead and did it .now I'm thinking I should of asked to see old filters.. several people have said it seems awfully early for them to be replaced for my type of road driving...
I'm sure it was needed, because I have my trust in their service.”
