Anything that needed protection was thoroughly wrapped and strapped inside the truck. The guys didn’t mess around or waste time. And they were very respectful of your stuff and your property! I’ll admit, it isn’t cheap, but throwing out your back is way more expensive!”

“Had to break my apartment lease to relocate for work. I was dreading moving- it’s always such a pain… but this was easily the smoothest move I’ve ever experienced! The JVA moving crew were meticulous in packing our belongings- it was dumping rain and they wrapped just about everything we owned to ensure it did not get wet; we didn’t even have to ask, they just did their thing! And FAST. The load and unload time was extremely impressive, and the men who worked on our move- Tom, Cale, and Tyler, were so respectful and considerate- totally went above and beyond. Not a single item was broken or damaged; which is to be expected with pretty much every move. My wife was also extremely impressed with their work ethic and manners. They are great with dogs too;)

“James, from CMS, helped us coordinate a move of my Snap On toolbox from my former work location to a new destination at very short notice. He helped us navigate how to hire a moving company for a single item that was heavy and needed shipping protection. Kevin, the moving driver and Nick arrived on time, carefully packed up my toolbox, and loaded it in the truck for a secure ride of 52 miles. CMS provided a tracking app so that we could watch the delivery route. The move was timely and safe. Kevin and Nick unloaded and unpacked my toolbox at the destination. The safe and timely move of my toolbox was a major blessing and relief to us since we had no idea who to call for moving a heavy toolbox until we called CMS, just two days before the move. We now know that a move should be planned well in advance, but we are grateful for the kindness and consideration of the CMS personnel for responding to our request and supporting this move so that the toolbox was moved safely without damage. Very much appreciated. Thank you.”
“Laurene and her team of moving specialists were outstanding. We had a two part move, moved out of our home, had to store our furniture while we waited for our new apartment became available....both times the moving team were ontime, called ahead, used their expertise and let their hand trucks to move and load and unload the truck, they shrink wrapped the fragile items (nothing was broken when unwrapped on the other end)...the team was easy to work with on both parts of the move...I have had movers move my family and our personal property 6 times over our lifetimes and A2B Moving & Storage was THE BEST...they prepared us with emails with key suggestions, checklists, tips and wise advice to have a safe and smooth move. I highly recommend Laurene and her team and Samantha was helpful too. FIVE STARS..”

“My wife and I needed somewhere to keep our stuff while house hunting. We originally chose this place because the units were accessible until 11PM every night and the only free time I had during the move was late in the evening. Every time I was able to drop boxes off after dinner or grab something out of a box before bed, I was thankful that we did.
Also, every time I needed to talk to the staff, from move in to move out, they were exceptionally pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, they made keeping our stuff stored safely the least stressful part of a relatively stressful move and for that I will always be grateful.”

“Definitely would recommend this service. I moved across the United States and felt the container would protect my belongings. Very strong container. Drop off was quick and professional. The only "negative," aspect was the pickup not being very flexible on time frame. And drop off time frame made it hard to pack and be ready for the container got there when the time frame window is 1-4hrs. Especially when you have family driving over to help.
Again great service. Will definitely use again.”
“I was very happy with the entire process of this long-haul, cross-country move from the Pittsburgh area to Southern CA using North American Van Lines. There was clear communication with the initial contact, a video call to analyze the items for transport to generate an estimate, and an email communication for a Not To Exceed Proposal for cost purposes.
The driver assigned to my move, Sal, was the pick-up driver as well as the driver that dropped off at the end destination. His 18-wheeler was immaculate inside where my belongings were placed. Sal called the day before arriving for pick-up and was punctual on moving day. He put runners down on the floor to prevent any damage while loading and unloading in the apartments. He was courteous and very respectful with wrapping and loading the furniture and boxes.
Sal called me during the transport days to provide me with an update on expected delivery date. He was punctual once again on Delivery Day. Again, floor runners were placed, placing the furniture and inquiring if there were other things he could do to help me unpack. At both points of Pick-up and Drop-Off, Sal had an impressive network of additional help that were kind and respectful as well.
The one thing that I especially appreciated was how easy it was to pay for this move. There was no down payment required. There were various options for payment that were to be completed prior to Drop-Off Delivery Day. I opted for the ACH bank transfer. Super easy and convenient with no extra charges that frequently occur with credit card payments.
I was very impressed with my experience with North American Van Lines from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this moving company to others in the future.”

They put my expensive mattress in a box as well as my TV. The sales person said they would put some artwork in a box as well, but they didn't. However, they were cared for. I am very happy with Move NW. I would use them again.”
“Came and picked up a truck with my wife. The mobile check in was quick and easy. Wish they would just keep the trucks filled so it's easy to know how much gas you need to put in since trying to fill a tank to a 1/4 gallon is impossible.”

I was at ease after the first 5 minutes of watching how the guys wrapped my items & placed them in dishpacks accordingly . My best of the artwork were properly crated. The best of my pictures were packed in picture boxes & properly labeled . Everything was inventoried & the load crew was impressive . In & out in the 3 scheduled days as planned. Natalie helped with setting up final details pre-move and Adam and his team were really great on the day of. It's a stressful, big project to plan and execute an interstate moving and having a good moving partner made the experience good for the most part. We had a lot of stuff, acquired more after we got the quote months in advance so just rule of thumb is that it will take you so much longer to pack and you will have way more stuff than you realize.”
