“I brought my truck in to isolate a new noise that my truck began making. They were very thourough in their inspection and isolated it to my transmission. It was not the news that I wanted but I trust their evaluation based on my research prior. I have some big decisions to make going forward and I expect them to play a part in them. I've done my own repairs but am unable to anymore so after other flakey mechanics, I hope I have found a new go to. They care and follow up with you, making sure that you're satisfied with their service. Sam and Mark understand customer service and I will be back”

Premier Automotive Services, 25009 Pacific Highway South, Kent WA 98032
“I have been a customer of Premier Automotive for many years, and they are always a pleasure to work with. They are thorough with their diagnostics and never push tasks that are not completely necessary at the time. I had a complete engine replacement done with them, and when the check engine light came on a week later, they replaced it with a new one because the 1st one installed was bad, which was to no fault of theirs. I am always confident that the work they perform on my vehicles has been done correctly.”

“Scott @ Stroh's is amazing.! Super personal and great at interacting with the customer. I had been putting off my oil change for a while, they got me right in and gave me a free inspection as well.! I got my car back in no time and they also changed my battery in my key fob, changed my air filter, and put air in all my tires.! Pleasantly surprised with the price as well. Overall, one of the best experiences with a mechanic I have ever had.”

“Brought my 2014 F-150 EcoBoost to Sterling for an intermittent shudder and loss of power going over a pass — the kind of comes-and-goes problem that’s easy to misdiagnose. Jason Koster nailed it. He traced it to a boost-side EVAP check valve issue and actually tested it with a gauge instead of guessing and throwing parts at it. Fixed quickly, priced fairly, and it’s obvious he knows these EcoBoost engines inside and out. I run a business myself and appreciate honest, competent work — this was exactly that. Thanks Jason, highly recommend Sterling.”

“What an amazing experience. Dustin not only fulfilled every promise he made, but he educated me about car care. As a senior lady it was comforting to know he made sure I understood everything that was happening and why. He didn't just fix the problem, but he made sure all associated systems were running well. He kept me informed. I feel totally at ease and trust Dustin to work on my 10 year old car going forward. I wish him all the best with his business. Thank you!”

“6/5. Melinda and her crew are knowledgeable, reasonable, and good at what they do. I had a warranty company stalling the authorization for a job for 6 weeks. What a headache! Melinda let me keep the car at their shop the whole time without charging me. She even called the machine shop they work with and knocked $1500 off my bill. These guys have been my shop for 9 years, and they just earned my trust even more.”

“Huge shout out to Carrie and Mallory! I had a genuinely great experience with 15th Street Automotive. Everyone I dealt with was straightforward, helpful, and took the time to explain what was going on without making me feel rushed or talked down to. Dealing with unexpected car problems is already stressful enough, and having people who were knowledgeable while also understanding the human side of the situation made a huge difference. It's not often that you find a shop that strikes that balance so well. I really appreciated how my car and I were treated here and would absolutely recommend them.”

“I found Carsmart to be such a lovely place to come in, despite not being very experienced with cars or car maintenance. They were able to give me a pretty great price for an oil change, new wipers and coolant, and a very detailed inspection of my cars health that was texted to me, and they were even able to see me the same day before closing. They were very accommodating and professional, I never felt like I was being pressured to spend more money, they really seemed interested in just letting me know how my car's doing, how much of a priority different things are, and how to keep my car from failing anytime soon. Even though I never met him, Mike seems to have done a great and very thorough inspection of my car, and the gentleman who was helping me at the desk all day (Tyler) was incredibly kind, patient, and informative! Frankly they turned this scary first-time check-up into just kind people wanting to help each other out, and I look forward to coming here in the future!”

“This is the best auto repair shop. I trust Rempt to give me a no-nonsense diagnostic report on my car. They quote a fair price for the excellent work they do. Don’t mess around with the overpriced and often not accurate repairs from the dealership - stop in at Rempt first and save yourself the money.”

“Outstanding repair shop. My Outback was diagnosed with having a cracked head gasket. Every other shop I contacted either quoted extraordinarily high or was condescending when I asked questions. I reached out to East Valley and not only did the respond with such professionalism and kindness, but understood my situation and was able to provide a reasonable quote. From there, the experience just got better. I had a wonderful 30 minute conversation with Mark on the phone. It felt like talking with a life long friend. They got me into their shop asap, called me with updates, and such a huge job was completed in just a few days. I’ll be taking my Outback to them for all future maintenance needs. Thanks to the entire crew for taking care of my car and me! Cheers! Sasha”
