“Stopped by the Anacortes O’Reilly after having a not-so-great experience at Mount Vernon, and this store was a completely different story — mainly because of Heather!
She greeted us right away, was friendly, knew how to work the system without any issues, and made sure we got the correct tool the first time. She answered our questions without any attitude and actually made us feel like valued customers instead of an inconvenience.
This is the kind of service you expect when you walk into O’Reilly. Big difference compared to our previous visit elsewhere. Definitely would come back to this location.”
“I have a 60 Corvette that I needed a considerable amount of work done to reach the end result I was looking for. I happened to come across Dave while buying some parts for the car. We discussed the work I wanted done and he said he could do whatever I wanted. He had the car for 2 plus months. He is just a two man shop with his trusty employee Steve. The highlights of what he did were as follows: installed a new front suspension with disc brakes and power steering, replaced the rear brakes with new parts, installed new steering column, removed engine to install new camshaft, had the valves ground on the heads and installed new springs etc, installed new clutch. Along with that he installed new brake lines, replaced some wiring and a number of other miscellaneous items that needed to be replaced. Anything major he consulted me on and was in constant contact keeping me abreast of progress. The thing about Dave and Steve that impressed me the most is that they literally worked on the car like it was their own. The end product exceeded my expectations beyond my wildest dreams. I can't say enough good things about Corvette Alley but if you need work done on your Corvette you owe it to yourself to check them out. Mark B.”
“Napa was great. They had my parts and were very friendly. I asked if my parts were on sale today? She asked if I had AAA, I replied yes! She asked for my membership card, and gave me a discount, what could be better?”
“I damaged my Tesla model 3's plastic undercarriage cover in Anacortes. A foot long piece of plastic was hanging down from the undercarriage making the car undrivable.
Duct tape got it to Seaside Auto Body where, even though they didn't service Teslas, they removed the damaged piece of undercarriage so that the car could be driven back to Seattle for service.
All for no charge. Highly recommended!”
