Mark is a genuine car guy who clearly cares about doing things the right way. He spent months tracking down an ORIGINAL piece of trim instead of pushing me toward an aftermarket replacement. His paint team flawlessly color-matched the 30-year-old factory paint.
The communication throughout the entire process was excellent.
When I picked up the car, I unfortunately didn’t inspect it as thoroughly as I should have. A few days later, I noticed two small areas that needed attention. I called Mark, and without any hesitation, he agreed to take another look. His team reworked those areas to perfection.

“Skylar has done it again!! My engine light came on, I had a diagnostic ran on it that showed I needed a part. I brought the report in to Autozone in Oak Harbor. Skylar popped the hood and found that the cover over my air filter had not been secured during my recent filter change at a local shop. He secured, reset the warning light and just like that my problem was solved! Skylar’s work ethic to consistently “Do the Right Thing” was proven again! We are very lucky to have Skylar working for our Oak Harbor community!
A HUGE shout out to Skylar!!! He has excellent customer service! Every time I go in for something he is always very helpful. This evening, I went in at 8pm right after I was pulled over for having a headlight out. Thankfully the OHPD officer that stopped me only gave me a warning. Skylar got the part for me and even installed the bulb! He was really a life saver, I would have never been able to install the bulb on my own. We need more people like Skylar in the world that really care about others.”
