“Stopped in with my girlfriend today to browse/try to find them a wallet. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and everyone was really kind and seemed excited to be there. We found a wallet they liked and I found something on the clearance rack and while I was checking out the employee at the register said "Dude, everything on that rack is buy one get one free. Just go over there and take something for free." Every time I've come in I have had a very enjoyable shopping experience and I'm always happy to come back.”
“Cooper at the Seattle premium outlet mall helped us today. We struggle to shop for equipment shoes, footwear etc. because often times we find out places like Zumiez. The staff has no idea about their products have no idea what shoes are fitting for what purpose we’re using them, nine times out of 10. have never step foot on a skateboard ? . And have extremely bad attitudes.This was not the case today cooper not only understood The different styles of footwear for skateboarding, but how the styles can be used for different tho gs. My son likes to have a nice pair for hiking and for skateboarding and for parkour, cooper was able to direct us with all the different options with a high level of knowledge understanding of the different styles and even taught us a fewThings ? we are a family of skateboarders and grew up with vans so we kind of have our tried and true, but we are so excited to have some new options for some of the other things that we like to do that Maybe normally we wouldn’t have bought vans for making a shopping experience both lovely and optimized our needs we would’ve likely gone to another store for hiking shoes for example, however when he showed us vans work boots and explained just how they are designed for work and kind of bounce and are semi water resistance, etc. he was just so knowledgeable we were able to do a one stop shop for my families footwear for the year. I needed to make a return or exchange and I had the best support to get set up. I was helped with finding any sizes for the shoes I was returning and she searched for a possibility of any others similar in the back stock room. We had a good laugh looking for shoes and chatting. “I have to say, this is my favorite store. The staff is always so nice and helpful. This location has all the styles, in every color way. I’m a big fan of polos, and if you are too, you won’t be disappointed. There are so many to choose from. I shop here often, and each time I come, the place is always so clean and organized. You could probably eat off the floor lol. Shoutout to whoever does the visuals, I need them as my stylist asap! The clothes are decently priced, and they are always having sales so I try to check back often. I have no complaints, I’ve had nothing but great experiences shopping here. I’m not a fan of writing reviews, but the employees have been great each time and deserve some recognition. Keep up the great work! “I needed fencing for our field and decided to try TS. Ordered everything online, communication was great, and pickup was a breeze. When I arrived, the girl at the register greeted me and another asked if I needed help. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The two that assisted me in the yard were amazing and loaded everything by forklift and brute strength. Great work ethic you two! Ask for a raise:)
