“After having a negative experience at one of the other stores at the outlet mall, I was feeling pretty low by the time that I made it to Express. I was pleasantly surprised that the women in there were so friendly and accommodating. Chris helped me pick out exactly what I wanted, and treated me with dignity even though I didn't come in wearing nice clothes. The dressing room experience was great, and Chris made sure that I got the best discount possible at the cash register. She completely turned my day around.”

As soon as we walked in, a young lady greeted us warmly and took the time to explain the current discounts on clothing and other items. She was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly polite and professional. We took some time to browse, and whenever we had questions—like about sizing for my wife’s shirt and pants—she was quick to help. We ended up purchasing a few items, and it was such a pleasant experience. The staff here really make a difference, and I wanted to thank them for hiring such professional people. “I purchase shoes here for work and am always satisfied. I am a hairdresser and am on my feet all day long. The shoes I get here are pretty stylish for comfort shoes. I went today and am obsessed with what I got. Bought shoes 3 years ago and they lasted until now. If you are on your feet and need affordable pairs of work shoes come here! I got 2 pairs for 120 and am stoked! The quality is great and the helpers are wonderful. Not to mention they feel like marshmallow on your feet.”

When I went to check out it turns out the shirt was in the wrong spot and actually more expensive than I thought. The cashier (wish I got his name) was super nice about it and lowered the price to 9$ for me! Also the employee helping with fitting rooms was very nice as well. Will definitely come again!”

“A great selection of Levi's clothing. I was able to find a couple of great items here and my partner found several as well. The staff were friendly and super helpful, and I felt like my time was well spent. Some constructive feedback (I hope): First, the fitting room I was in had some really gross graffiti etched into the door. All the clothes hooks were gone and there was a giant HOLE in the wall. This isn't a public bathroom. Can you at least put a sticker on the hole, and the sick graffiti or just sand it off or something? No one needs to see that insulting rude tagging in a place of business, and for a place where people are getting undressed, having a HOLE in wall? I mean, come on now, seriously. Have a little more respect for your store and your customers. Second, it's super warm in there, a little AC would go a long way. Finally, The prices are just BARELY better than a department store or on-line. I had to use the in-store coupon, and the sale, and the combined discounts, to get it to be about the same price as Macy's or just Levi's direct online. With the lower sales tax and no shipping I was *just* ahead. Customers definitely need to check the price, because it's not much of a deal if you're not paying attention, but I guess that's true for most of the outlet shops. Anyway, thanks to the staff for being very friendly and helpful and for having what I needed in my size! It was worth the visit. I hope the graffiti is gone next time, clean up your rooms!!”

Although they were no longer available, Selena offered to send a few other options by taking photos and sending them to me. I had a couple scarves on-hold and promised to come back the following day to purchase them. She wasn’t in the store when I came but Ming helped me. I found a few other styles that I liked with her assistance. She had to order them from a couple other stores and when they shipped to me, they were as she described them to me.
