The Best Western Plus Mountain View Auburn Inn is located right beside a huge mall with lots of stuff to do. The hotel offers a good breakfast, wifi, a pool, and a gym. Several nights a week, there is a happy hour with snacks and drinks. Guests enjoyed the fabulous breakfast, the coffee machine with many kinds of coffee, the hot tub, and the large rooms, which have two big chairs like a little living room. The hotel staff are amazing, friendly, and always on duty. Multiple staff members received praise for being super nice, patient, and kind, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and taken care of, with service described as superb and stellar. The safety of the property is noted, with lots of lights. The walkability is good, with lots of area to walk, many pretty flowers and plants, a gazebo, and lots of grass in the back. A concern was noted regarding parking enforcement for trucks. Overall, guests had a wonderful, amazing, and comfortable stay, with the bed noted as amazingly comfortable.
Great Breakfast Selection! Loved the pool and hottub! The fitness gym was the nicest we have seen at any Best Western we have stayed in recently. Very nice clean room! We were very happy with our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Everyone is nice. It's a busy place . Lots of good food near, not sure if it's walking distance, but then most everything is within walking distance if your tolerance is higher
