“4-stars because you don’t have a ton of options and this hotel fits the bill compared to what is out there, but as a hotel it is a solid 3-star facility. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Our room had a double sink outside of the bathroom. The rooms have plenty of outlets and USB charging ports. There was no safe in the room. The hotel staff are friendly. The buffet breakfast will definitely keep you going for the morning, with the standard scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausages. There is also a waffle maker and a fancy coffee station. This along side the standard “free breakfast” items you’d expect to see. The only downside is that the breakfast items are promptly removed at 9:30AM.Definitely will consider staying here again. It’s close to the Fieldhouse so you/your team can book here for a discount. The only downside is the wifi is atrociously slow. We got less than 1mbps on the 4th floor. It wasn’t fast enough for streaming. Not sure about other areas.”

“From the moment I first walked up, I was immediately greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The staff here were easily approachable, and they definitely displayed a relaxing and attentively passionate type of customer service that was instrumental in the overall well-being of my experience here at the Days Inn here in Auburn, Washington. I give these guys a 5 out of 5 rating because it felt very relaxing and quiet, and the quality of customer service that Ashley and the GM Singh showed me made it an easy candidate to do a return visit!Noteworthy details: Mr. Singh made sure we were taken care of.”

“We had a great stay! Clean and nice rooms! Lobby has a pool table, some games to play, and, of course, the bar. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They also provide shuttle services to the airport for travelers. Great and affordable hotel.”

“Upon arrival, we walked to the courtesy shuttle area to get picked up. Make sure to use courtesy phone or call the hotel to get your name on the “driver’s list”. I’ve never had to do this before with other courtesy shuttles but the driver wouldn’t allow entry without it. We picked this area due to the location to the metro station and ease of going downtown. Our main focus was sightseeing. The hotel was comfortable but not luxurious. Most of the employees are very nice hard-working people. The female driver and the younger gentleman driver were much nicer and easygoing.Morning staff - Professional and very friendly. We were given a room 30 mins after early arrival. Made us feel welcomed.Location - Red Line (Bus stop) located across the street. Angle Lake Metro Station is about 10 mins away (walking). IHOP, 7-eleven and Chevron Gas station are located near metro station.Breakfast - continental breakfast starts around 6am and on the go items are available starting at 3am. Items were not restocked during the last hour of breakfast. Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate were available 24/7. Microwave was also available.Vending Machines - The drinks were reasonably priced and possibly cheaper than any convenience store.Evening Staff - Average. Our room keys deactivated 3/5 days. They put blame on us for having our phones or credit cards near the key card. We are a society that uses our phones for everything! Staff takes smoke break in the front entrance, found it a bit unprofessional.Safety - Came back to the hotel late in the evening every day. It was a bit of a sketchy area but as soon as we were inside we felt relatively safe. We had 0 issues walking from the station to and back.”

“My mom and I stayed here in September, 2023 for family related purposes. The wonderful people who work at this hotel have friendly and caring personalities, our room was clean, warm, modern, and the breakfast buffet was excellent! Some of the delicious items to choose from included waffles that you can make yourself, hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, breakfast style potatoes, protein, toast, yogurt, cereal and milk, juice, oatmeal, mini jellies and mini Nutella packs! There was a highschool soccer tournament group at the hotel, too. Lots of people but not loud. Walking distance to a shopping center area. We definitely will be happy to stay there again! Thank you Crystal, and the hotel manager and staff for your kindness and generosity.”

“The bed and pillows and towels were so clean and comfortable and soft. Great location and the security they have at night is a great relief that our vehicles and building are as safe as possible! Pet friendly!”

“The hotel staff was very attentive. The room was very comfortable and clean. The view of the falls was actually better than the website shows. The restaurant is a hidden treasure. The best lamb burgers. The brunch was amazing. Food was fresh, hot and tasted of high quality ingredients. Scones were fresh out of the oven. A short shuttle ride from the airport.”

“This is our second stay here and both visits have been wonderful. The hotel is near numerous restaurants and shopping areas. The room is inviting and comfortable. Finally, the service is top notch. All the hotel staff we've encountered have been attentive and responsive. Sherry, in particular, has been simply wonderful. She has gone out of her way to make sure our stay is pleasant and our needs are met. I can't say enough good things about Sherry, the rest of the staff, and the hotel. We will keep returning here whenever we are back in Federal Way.”

“The hotel's proximity to the airport is notably convenient, complemented by the aesthetically pleasing design of its premises. While the rooms are of standard quality, they are comfortable and well-maintained. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness stand out, enhancing the overall guest experience. This combination of strategic location, pleasing interior design, adequate accommodations, and exceptional customer service contributes to a positive and memorable stay for visitors.”

“Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Easy access from the freeway. Service is efficient and friendly and I love the fact that I feel safe, even walking my dogs at night, with security patrolling the grounds 24/7. There's a Starbucks, and a 711/ gas station in the extended parking area. South facing windows have a perfect view of Mt Rainier as well.I've read a few of the negative reviews and frankly, I don't understand them. My experience has been that the rooms are very quiet. Except for chatting with a few other guests in the corridors, I can barely tell that anyone else is here. I love the privacy of it. And as for cleanliness... except for one of the smoking area outside, I have never seen garbage on the grounds but, I have seen a guy walking the grounds every day, picking up anything that might have been left behind. And only once have I encountered anyone smoking in any area outside those designated (well away from any doors). Now, if you're looking for a place where the maid will come in each day and make your bed for you, this is not the place. I wouldn't call this a "vacation resort". The housecleaning staff comes once a week to do a very thorough job but no one is leaving mints on your pillow each morning. There's a fitness room with a bike, an elliptical, weight machine, and a nice treadmill, but there's no pool. This hotel is more of a long-term living space, with full kitchen (though no oven) and comfortable, quiet rooms. For my purposes, it is perfect.Rooms: Quiet and comfortable. My room had a full kitchen with refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and two-burner stove (no oven). It is well insulated for sound. I rarely hear other guests until I'm in the corridors. The beds are very comfortable. There's a nice work desk, 2 TVs (in my room - one in the main living space and one in the bedroom) - a dining area, and the kitchen. There's also a nice, near-industrial-style laundry room available only to guests. It's attached to the fitness center so that, if you wish, you can workout while you wait.Safety: 24/7 security patrol in parking lot. One single entry unless you have key card access and that one entrance is monitored throughout the day.Food & drinks: Starbucks just on the opposite side of parking lot, and one can purchase a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverages in the hotel's little convenience nookNoteworthy details: Accepts pets and has ample room for walking them, along with stations for waste disposal.”

“I have done a review for Comfort Inn. Fabulous place. Room with a king size bed for myself was wonderful. The only problem I had was the parking. I was alone and there are no close enough parking to the building. Other than that I was very comfortable.”

“This was great place to stay. We were into town to visit family. The base camp is clean and a reasonable Price. The staff is helpful and kind. It does have some street noise but not to bad. Having a clean room Comfortable beds , nice showers soft towels that are good size. That is what is important to me. I would definitely recommend the base camp in Puyallup.”

“This place is huge !!! This is the smallest Emerald Queen Casino. This location is crazy! After all my years of living in the rainy state ? I’ve never set foot in a casino until tonight ! My cousin/sister thought to bring me here bc she knows I’ve never been here, even when I use live here !!! I’m not a gambler ? But I will say this ? It will draw you in! It’s a good place to go every special occasion. There are people that will spend all their money here and never go home. Some win money some lose money lol … The only thing about this place is that I don’t like ? Is everyone smokes in here !!!!? I was ready to go then… I had to get out of my comfort zone and tried something new. I did ? and it’s not for me lolNonetheless, I enjoyed my time with my cousin/sister!”

“I spent 2 nights here and first of all my room was very clean despite the age of the buildings which impressed me. Rate was amazing, room had small refrigerator and microwave and both worked well enough. I left on a Thursday expecting terrible traffic to the airport right down the street and it was extremely easy, fast and I would stay here again. Best part was the price!!”

“We stayed overnight at this hotel for an early morning flight and we are so happy we did! This location is directly across from the airport entrance, and they have a shuttle bus that you can schedule. This made our morning much smoother! The rooms have a modern, updated feel and the bathroom was really nice. Friendly and helpful staff. If you’re a light sleeper, you may some struggle a bit with hearing the planes all night. We hardly noticed them tbh. For the location, it was well worth!”

“I’d mostly stayed at Night and morning. No complaints from me. 15 minute walking distance to SeaTac Airport and Link Rail Station. Fair price. Wished they had more rooms with Refrigerator and Microwave.”

“They are fine. Not amazing fine or good fine but fine fine. Nicely renovated rooms with kitchens. I got a great rest without hearing the Highway or the trains (in the Auburn location). Some issues I noted: it needs an extra ac in the living room, it was a cold day (for Federal Way) and the living room was 5-8 degrees cooler than the bedroom. I wish the table in the living room was lower (think Springhill Suites height). I also wish there had been a bench or chair in the bedroom. Also, in the lobby they have a “shop” for snacks. Using a card reader for payment that seldom works is a bad idea, make it like Auburn or other HIE locations. In the end, if I had points to use, Or traveling with family, these rooms are good from Staybridge suites, otherwise I will be staying at the regular HIE.”

“Perfect location for attending the Washington State Fair it's walking distance from the Blue Gate Entrance.Noteworthy details: There was a huge argument in front of our hotel room in the parking lot it escalated intovery loud shouting -etc. Woke us up around midnight. I called down to the front desk and they told me they were aware of it and we're taking action to handle it. They did and we were able to get back to sleep for the rest of the night/early morning..”
