“This place is a little too busy. It's because we probably need a larger one here or another one here. When you fill out the app online, you don't always get what you want Or the system's not exactly working very good and you dont get it on time either. But in the end the employee's work hard at getting you something. My first car, I got had an engine light and was slightly dirty I went back the next day and they did give me another car so far so good.”

“I've rented a car here 3 years in a row, now, for an annual road trip, and it's always been a very positive experience. The customer service has been great-- the staff is helpful, friendly, and they're willing to go that extra mile to make things work out smoothly. The rental cars I've had have always been reliable, clean, comfortable and a good match for my needs. Because this is a small office, it can get busy at time, especially in the mornings, but for me, that's never impacted the quality of their service at all. Ive just been really pleased with my rental experiences at this Hertz officeand will definitely be back!”
