“Making the reservation online was easy. Picking up the vehicle was just as easy. Although they didn't have the vehicle I was looking to get. I was still very happy with the truck I received at the same price of the car I was quoted. Vehicle was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. Dropping the vehicle off was very easy and took very little time. Overall 10 out of 10 for my experience and I would use Enterprise again in the future.”

“To be completed upon return. So did return the rental, hassle free. Despite a glitch in the fuel display on the dashboard readout. After putting in 10.205+ gals. And driving a total of 313 miles with an a readout of 36.6 mpg ended up 30.67 mpg. Tank wouldn't hold anymore but the gage was still missing 2 markers to indicate full. Glad they wavered that and ended up with a happy client. Thanks Enterprise”

“Exceptional customer service all around from Kelsey. She anticipated my arrival due to my change in return location & my calling in earlier in the day. Although she worked alone that day (cleaning vehicles and holding down the customer service fort), Kelsey never missed a beat. She was patient despite my arriving extremely close to closing time & my many questions, also very helpful and thorough in explaining how to obtain a fuel refund which I prepaid for unknowingly at Sea-Tac, yet having returned the vehicle completely fueled up. She was curtious, warm, kind, and provided an often rare exceptional customer service experience. The world needs more Kelsey's! Five stars all the way.. & the Kia K4 was such an amazing ride that I wasn't surprised to learn upon returning it that it had been sold. I will definitely use this specific convenient location again. & I must say Kelsey may have very well flipped me to becoming a loyal Hertz customer after such a smooth experience.
