Unreliable service. Had planned outages that they did not tell customers about and then tried to force me to upgrade plans to have any internet at all. I didn’t think anyone could be as bad as Comcast, yet here we are.

I would have given it 0 stars as their service was terrible for the decades we had them and too expensive relative to their many competitors. Jack

So my brother set up auto payment for my mother and her card expired along with my brother o customer service eventually I was able to update information I have learned auto bill payment definitely not that great sometimes talking to a rude person is better 🤣
