Worst company ever our business phone hasn’t worked in a week and they keep giving me the run around. Majority of the customer service reps have no clue what they are doing.

If O could give a zero rating I would. This company and customer service is complete trash. My home phone hasn't worked in 6 months. I call every month every time I get a bill yet no techs show up at my house. They have forced me to shut off my home phone.

Unreliable service. Had planned outages that they did not tell customers about and then tried to force me to upgrade plans to have any internet at all. I didn’t think anyone could be as bad as Comcast, yet here we are.
