We had a lawnmower delivered to our house. Different name, Wrong house number, wrong street number. We called 5 different times, even speaking with a manager attempting to get his package picked up and taken to the correct person. It's been sitting in our driveway for over a week! We have the tracking number and a case number. Even on the website you are forced to call customer support. The people on the line have accents that make conversation very difficult. For a large supposedly professional shipping company, this is very poor customer service. I don't know how they stay in business with service like this. This is a $600.00 lawnmower. I'm shocked it hasn't been stolen yet! I would complain on their site but there are no options. All you can do is call. So Google Maps review it is.

My address it’s correct but fedex delivery my package to a wrong address,I call them and they toll me to contact the seller and I did and they said call the delivery company because it’s a fedex problem.I need my refund ASAP

This Auburn hub Ground is by far the most insubordinate delivery service ever to earth. They don’t even make an attempt. They fraudulently scan the package saying there was an attempt. Difficult to believe when you’re outside waiting. Just practically LAZY!

It's sometimes reassuring to know you're not the only one, but sad to think nothing changes over time. This must be one of the worst FedEx locations in the country.
I'm complaining today because I rearranged my entire schedule to be home for the delivery which required a signature. I put a sign on the door telling them I'm home, because I've learned from every other time FedEx delivers a signature required package, it almost always takes 2-3 attempts for them to actually attempt a delivery. And again, it didn't disappoint. No door tag left and a picture of a super close and blurry tag with a tracking update that I wasn't home and they'd try again tomorrow. I paid for expedited shipping and I'm now unavailable tomorrow because I rearranged my days and gone Friday and all weekend until next week when I'm also not available to be home all day just to sign for a package. To pick up my package, it's a 50 min drive each way without traffic getting into and out of downtown Seattle.
Davyd is the name of the delivery driver, for what it's worth.
I called the corporate number and tried to file a complaint and see if there is anything that could be done. Customer service tried, but then their phone just cut out and it sent me to a survey before anything could be resolved.
What a memorable experience again from FedEx. Maybe people are lazy. Maybe people are bad at their jobs. Or maybe there is an unrealistic expectation of them that they can actually deliver the amount they are asked to everyday. Either way, my experience was bad, and the pattern of behavior is consistently the worst over years of getting deliveries from them.
Do better.

My package was delivered from this location. Whoever delivered my package ripped it open, probably checking to see it if was worth stealing and threw it front of my garage

Don't go there if you don don't waste your time . Was waiting for 30 min to drop of my package and couldn't do it ,they don't have time in customer service for us

Took the day off to wait for a package that needs signature. Waited then was notified that they attempted delivery. I watched the driver circle around the block but no package and no door tag. Finally got through customer service and was given the option to pick up package since my package was in the warehouse, meaning I waited the whole day for nothing. I live 40 minutes away from this location and it’s very inconvenient that I have to wait for a package that possibly didn’t even make it out of the warehouse. I would rate this location lower than negative if possible. Do better.

Driver lied about package delivery attempt.

Says delivery attempted 2 days in a row but it was not. I was home, and even left a note on the door saying that I was home and to knock. They left a tag on the door the first day, with no notes or date or anything. I signed it to release my package and when they came the next day they left it on my door and didn’t take it or leave my package.

Would do 0 stars. Everytime a package lands at this location. It always has issues. Wither a driver signs a package on my behalf and never delivers, package being marked as delivered but never arriving. I would give 0 stars. Customer service is complete trash. Avoid this place all costs
