Package was purposely delivered to the clearly wrong address. You can’t sit here and say that 2107 looks anything like 2115. Customer service wants to do nothing. It’s lucky I work here and can complain directly to this incompetent drivers manager or I know there would be no accountability held. THIS IS THEFT. Do better with who you contract FedEx. Standards are NOT being upheld and it’s honestly disgraceful.

The ISP I worked for called Pinnacle Transportation lied to me in the interview about their goals and values. On my firstday of training I expected to be put into a class setting and gone over safety. Instead I was thrown to the wolves with a driver delivering over flow boxes in a box truck that you had to get in and out of at every stop and walk around to the back of it to even get your packages out of the back. It was raining hard and I got soaked from head to toe. I had a hard time climbing in and out of the back of the truck as the rainmade the steps extremely slippery and I almost fell multiple times. I felt more like a hired laborer instead of a contracted FedEx employee in training for a delivery job. The girl I was with said I was a runner not a delivery driver. At least that was her understanding. The packages exceeded my lifting ability and the trainer wouldn't help instead she was too focused on what her boyfriend was doing. I'm glad she was able to sit on her butt in the truck and stay dry. She talked about personal matters which did not interst me. I felt uncomfortable with her. So to not make an issue I pretended to be interested just to pass the time the only time she would get out would be to find our next stop and set it up front of the back end. She did this cause I was too slow finding the address for the stop we were at. It's was my first day and I was still learning and she kept telling me I had to be faster.When we got down to the last four deliveries is when she finally stepped in to help. She did it cause it was taking too long and she wanted to be done. She even lied to me when she said I did a good job. She said alot of drivers who train will just yell at you if you take too long to deliver as this is a go go go job and call dispstch to hsve you sent back to the station. . That's not true either. I was told the shift went until you were done. Which could mean 8hours or 10hours. I can't believe that this company hired me with no intentions to care about me as a employee. I missed my second day of training due to being overly tired and soar and was told I'd be fired if I miss anymore days. At my first day I was told they have a 3 challenge rule. I was also told people call out all the time. Miriam told me people will only work 3 or 4 out of the 5days their scheduled. She has not threatened to fire them only me. She told me they usually will work around it if someone can't come in.. I don't feel I was hired to have a career I felt more like I was hired to be let go at any moment. They said they needed drivers but that doesn't seem like they do. I felt set up on my first day to fail. I did not show up today for my 3rd day of training as I don't feel they care to have me as a employee. When I went to leave on my first day to go home one of the ladies who was handing out water bottles told me I couldn't have one because I'm not considered a FedEx employee just a hired gun. That the contractors don't really get recognized by FedEx. I think this location needs to re assess who they employ to come work for them. I felt extremely disrespected.

I’ve tried to talk to a person about rescheduling my order and it has been impossible, cannot get past the computer generated lady. She hangs up on me every time! Very frustrated and disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. I got 2 package from same company I purchased from and was ship at the same time but FedEx somehow mix up the 2 and they swap label on those. 1 package is 59 inch long at 48lbs and one was a tiny 6 inch at 2lbs. Idk how they mix it up. That’s not even the worst, those 2 packages supposed to arrive same time on Thursday but only the small one show up. I ask the carrier if I have more and he denied firmly so my big package never got delivered. Tracking show redeliver attempts on Friday but carrier just walk up to the door and slap the we miss you label and drove off. I have people in the house waiting all day for it. Such a waste of time, you better off delivering anything yourself than rely on FedEx.

My package went through this hub and was "delivered" to my apartment, left at the storage room / lockers. Here's the catch, my apartment doesn't have any storage room or lockers for packages. When I checked in with the apartment office, FedEx hadn't stopped by for the day either. I file a complaint, get some random 30 second phone call from someone saying they will do an investigation, and now two days later my case is closed. No resolution whatsoever, just frustration.If you're using FedEx, have them hold your package at a shipping center near you so you can pick it up, because chances are your packages are going home with the drivers half the time.

Item inside was also damaged ? ?The driver also dumped what appeared to be a bottle of pee out in the street. He kept the bottle probably to pee in it again. But it wasn't water he was dumping out of a water bottle in my grass that's for sure! He also plays his music too loud and seems to be running too fast for safety driving that big truck! The driver is a hot mess! STRAIGHT UP! ?

What a horrible and frustrating experience with this Auburn location! The driver put the package on a vehicle and never deliver it to final destination. It’s been a week of phone calls back and forth in hope to fix it. Have major difficulties communicating to the location via FedEx customer service, not responding properly in timely manner! Customer service email address doesn’t function and you can’t even provide the screenshot of an items that’s lost!!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Driver waved and kept going, then put, they tried to deliver put customer was unable. I called customer service, and they were absolutely no help. Zulu Bravo to you ground. I worked for Express for 9 years SMH. Fedex? Really bro come on. I would have been fired for lying......

Just left my package at the bottom of the stairs. I live on the third floor, hence why I wanted my package DELIVERED. Fail.

They delivered my package to the wrong address, opened a case for it once I reported it and kept saying they were looking for it. Then they ignored my calls for a month and closed the case. Now I am missing my $90 package, ignored by FedEx and have no recourse for a refund. This is unacceptable and beyond a joke. Do not use FedEx, extremely bad customer service and they can’t even read an address. Awful.

Well service has serious issuesI received my packages yesterday they came as if they were run over by trucks numerous times. The items inside were broken the driver felt terrible. I refused them because the items inside were broken he wrote on the boxes return to the shipper that items are broken boxes damaged in shipping. He also stated That I had refused the shipment…I then went in the house, and I reported the issue to Peir1, which is where I purchased the items from today.The next day FedEx attempted to redeliver them…OMG- they took the items out of the damaged boxes, repackage them broken glass & all and attempted to redeliver them to me, I looked at the address label and realized that this was the same shipment that was delivered yesterday that I had refused do to damage…So knowing that it was virtually impossible for Peir1 to resubmit and ship the entire order in less than 24 hours. I opened one 1 box to see what was inside upon opening I cut my finger on the broken items insideNo not happy at all :(The driver looked at me. I looked at him with disbelief???I stayed, who does such a thing?this is wrong on so many levels the driver wrote on the boxes againreturn to sender, broken items insideRefusing shipment…He also noted customer that cut herself on damaged items and to return to sender.He then apologized packed up boxes into his truck & left.I contacted Federal Express…I left a big long complaint with a lady by the name of Raven. I guess the only other thing I can do is write this reviewHow appalling:(What if a child would’ve open this box being curious as they are & reached in the box with the broken glass and cut their hand or worse I can’t imagine:(What kind of a person or company Reboxes broken glass and tries to re-deliver it to a person knowing it was damaged and refused already???Unbelievable???My Goodness how awful, disrespectful and downright wrong.It is beyond excusable behavior.It’s disgusting.You should be ashamed of yourselves

Good luck getting a package if it comes through this facility. Driver never attempted delivery 3 times, no note, nothing. Final time they lied and said I refused delivery. Absolutely insane.

1 Star because 0 Stars is not an option.For the fourth time in a row, a package was delivered or attempted to be delivered to the incorrect address. 3 were to next door (recognized front porch from picture), 4th was when I watched delivery driver start across the street to another house and questioned him on the delivery address.Customer Service number is of no assistance. Immediately as for a supervisor. Then explain the situation and ask for transfer to the local delivery point, C St facility in Auburn, WA.FedEx contracts out all ground deliveries. Employees do not work for FedEx. Herein lies the issue, they are lower paid and no benefits. No skin in the game, not FedEx employee.I found 2 numbers online. 253-330-7480 and 253-508-5100. Ended up speaking with a FedEx employee who took my complaint and was going to address with their contractor.
