Called back to make appointment. Had the rudest person ever on the line.In addition to talking over me telling me what I needed, not what the Dr ordered, he asked me questions I've NEVER been asked. Matthew, I hope there was a recording and you get some much needed feedback! Fortunately when I called back I'm happy to say the lady helping me was a delight and its all good now.

Literally the worst clinic available from the Franciscan clinics. The staff is completely horrible, no one gives two craps about you ( if my doctor wasnt in this clinic i would not come). I could barely schedule an appointment, they always want to schedule you two months from the day you call. How is that normal?

Generally busy for family medicine but worth the wait. I go see Dr. Garcia and hes always been so kind and understanding. Today i had the pleasure to meet a "floating" nurse as well that was super awesome. I appreciate the team so much, makes my health issues much easier to deal with. its been a journey but i really couldnt do better without the guidance and support from the staff. Thank you guys so much.

Horrible attention. I booked a first patient appointment, did all the questioning online, even the check-in online, and everything, and due to heavy traffic on Memorial Weekend, arrived 5 minutes late. Even though I apologized and explained to the receptionist that she was very rude and said she had to reschedule because I had to do a questionary, when I told her that I did it online, she still did not want to help and refused to help me. Clinic workers need to be a little more human and treat patients with dignity and respect. So don’t even consider this clinic if you are a normal person who could ever have a situation that you can’t control, because in this clinic they don’t care. Too bad I did not review the reviews before.

I am appalled at how this place runs. I've been rescheduled twice by them and when I came to my appointment finally on time , the lady at the front says they are cancelling my appointment as I should have been here 15 mins before my appointment time when no one had ever told me to do so. I am not sure what really is happening here because when they rescheduled me twice before, they rescheduled me on a date without even asking me and no one ever called me to say so. Absolutely horrible place! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Not sure how the doctors are who work here, if they even aware of the situation. Linda Petters rescheduled me twice and when I arrive on time she refuses to see me. Absolutely ridiculous service! I am a doctor myself and working in healthcare for a very long time. This is the WORST experience! If I could I'll give negative review as they don't deserve even a single star. The front office lady did not even apologize once for the inconvenience they've caused me multiple times. She for sure shouldn't be there as she neither likes what she's doing nor seems to have empathy.

This clinic is a joke. I needed an X-ray. I called the clinic to confirm the hours and if you needed an appointment. The person I spoke to said no you don't. I show up at 2pm and they have me wait to call me back up 10min later to the desk to tell me that there is no one there now to do it. The person left at 2pm. I'm so frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to no one. The front receptionists don't know what they are doing. This organization doesn't even deserve one star in my opinion. My advice is go somewhere else.

Horrible, unreliable costumer service. It’s very hard to reach the receptionist. The doctors very slow on responses. It’s already passed two weeks and I am calling every other day to ask the doctor to refill the prescription for my thyroid medication and still did not get response from the doctor. I am out of my thyroid medication for two weeks!!!! Horrible customer service, the doctors unreliable!!!!

My doctor said he prescribed a medicine and sent it to my pharmacy. Called the pharmacy, they said they never got the prescription. Tried calling franciscan tons of times and left voice-mails so they would actually send my prescription over, was never able to reach them. Always a nightmare trying to reach anyone.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I want the world to know Mr Mark Garcia is one of the rudest doctors me and my family have ever had. He was rude to my wife and kids right in front of me, I wish there were cameras in the room. Nobody should be able to get away with how he treated us, over not wanting to get our kids vaccinations.

I went to the Auburn location on 7/12 /22 I had something stuck in my throat and could not swallow or breath, went I approached the counter I was met with s ream off where is your mask, I tried to explain to the woman I could not breath she insisted I put a mask on i did, now I could not breath, they said we can't help you you have to leave and go elsewhere, I ripped off my mask and rushed out the door to find someone to help me a nice woman directed me to multi care, I went in the emergency entrance and they helped me right away and freed the obstruction in my throat.I reflected on the treatment I got at Franciscan center and how I was treated by the people who work their,They were rude arrogant and down right hostile and gave me zero help, people like those should not be allowed to work at medical clinics, I could have choked and the did not give a da thank God for multi care and the professional people who work their, steal clear off the Franciscan clinic in Auburn, they won't help you

My visits here have all been a waste of time. They asked unreasonable things of me that they know I medically cannot do. Then, tell me that since I can't do them, the appointment is over. Never should've made me come there anyway. They always send me to a big hospital that can actually care for me. Then, had to dispute a bill that they know should've been sent to L&I as they had confirmed before I ever went in. Bypass this place if you can!

Don't recommend Dr. Kolluru! Not very understanding... Overlooking crucial medical evidence and is very fast to dismiss you. She doesn't seam to take her time with her cases and speeds through which is concerning for being a heart doctor. Her basic methods of treating me was to change my diet, get a dietitian, exercise and take more pills that have more cons than pros. I already do these things (besides recently getting the dietitian who told me my diet is fine) I did not go to the heart doctor to take more medicine. I see many other specialists that Help me with all of the other symptoms that I have which she did not take into consideration of which other symptoms could be causing some of my conditions. I got the impression that she did not take my condition seriously.

i went go to see doctor sherpa for stomach pain because i haven't had bowel movement in over a month, all he did was put me on antacids and told me to take miralax, which my symptoms got worse, lucky i went to another doctor and told me to drink citrate magnesium and did a blood test and a stool test and found out i had a parasite. i would not recommend this doctor to nobody, i contacted the manager and she never got back to me.

The scheduler gave me two appointments with the same provider in one day, which it is not possible to bill for. This was not addressed until about a half hour before my appointment. At both scheduling appointments, I asked whether I could get a specific service. I was told both times I could only to arrive and discover that my provider did not perform the service I wanted - they only made referrals for it. The medical assistant and front desk staff were spectacular. The whole appointment was a waste of my time and theirs aside from that.
