Literally the worst clinic available from the Franciscan clinics. The staff is completely horrible, no one gives two craps about you ( if my doctor wasnt in this clinic i would not come). I could barely schedule an appointment, they always want to schedule you two months from the day you call. How is that normal?

My doctor said he prescribed a medicine and sent it to my pharmacy. Called the pharmacy, they said they never got the prescription. Tried calling franciscan tons of times and left voice-mails so they would actually send my prescription over, was never able to reach them. Always a nightmare trying to reach anyone.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I want the world to know Mr Mark Garcia is one of the rudest doctors me and my family have ever had. He was rude to my wife and kids right in front of me, I wish there were cameras in the room.
