Franciscan Medical Clinic is located in the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Medical Pavilion and supports personal health and wellness with next-day appointments and plenty of parking. The clinic is generally busy for family medicine but patients find it worth the wait. The front desk team is polite, attentive, and processes patients quickly. The nursing staff, including floating nurses, have great people skills and work efficiently. Doctors are kind, understanding, and professional, reviewing concerns and recommending courses of action to improve health outcomes. Patients everywhere are met with professionalism, expertise, and help. The team provides guidance and support that makes dealing with health issues much easier, and visits give patients the outcomes they are hoping for.
Today was my first visit and I was lucky to get an appointment with Dr. Garcia. The front desk was friendly and welcoming. The nurse Erin was awesome. It's easier to reach the US president than consultants at this Clinic. Looks like they never answer. I stopped counting how many times I called and it was always just music, music and music....

There is a very unfriendly woman in the laboratory, she is very angry and does not greet, I will contact the head doctor, replace her or teach her some humane manners!!!!
