Gap Factory is located in a mall that has seen better days and can be hard to find. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making processes like returns quick and easy. A standout feature is their selection of vintage perfumes, which are loved and cannot be found anywhere else. Customers are enthusiastic about these perfume options, even if they are not typically drawn to the store's outfits.
Very kind staff and clean store, but they don’t have the gap athletic clothes anymore and that was a main reason that I came to this location. They do have a lot of staples and branded clothes and the prices are pretty OK, especially if you can hit it on a sale.

This mall has seen better days. The staff at Gap Factory are very friendly and helpful. I went in to do a return of some things I bought online. Took more time to find the store than to do the return.
