This Is a horrible clinic to go to. I have had so many problems and issues with this place that it is nothing but stress on me. I went to a doctors appointment at 1:00 PM and they told me they had sent my medication to my pharmacy but never sent it and now I have to wait the entire weekend until I can get medication that I absolutely need. They They blamed issues that I was bringing to their attention on mental illness, and I ended up getting my gallbladder removed due to the lack of their medical expertise and taken care of me as a patient. They are very unprofessional, and they definitely treat you, as you do not matter . I wish I never had to leave my family doctor, but I lost my insurance and had to get state insurance and this is the type of care you get with state insurance because the state of Washington does not care about you and neither do the medical offices that accept you through stateinsurance

Very misleading people who just screwed my wife out of many days and charged her for a ton of appointments just to tell her we can't help you til you get insurance. They literally told us they were putting her on a program for uninsured people. Once again healthcare is never actually about helping people, but about squeezing every penny you have out of you for nothing.

Cara a dalbey went to argosy university for all of u not in the know, argosy was closed in 2019 due to insolvency and fraudulent loan practices. Sighting promises they couldn't keep. Licenses they could offer, and finally was sued by students after filing bankruptcy and shutting its doors for good, the university failed to obtaining accreditation for the schools that were for profit. These schools were all cited as a cheaters paradise. For colleges and essentially you buy your degree, cheat the process, and as king you make payments no one cares what you do there. That's why wa state wouldn't give argosy a license to called a non profit y college, bc of the shill loan practices, promising things they could do. And allowing a toxic environment to learn for students. They won on 2022 for 2.1 mil, basically indemnifying there wasted time and energy "studying" something they couldn't get there. I'm just saying the fact she's coming from this shady ass school and the fact she makes decision on people ability to work or obtain disability benefits plays a huge role on her credibility as well as ability to evaluate or treat patients accurately. She has very limited enhancement license like comorbidity or severe conditions enhancement licenses, like none. So she did the basic and very least from a school closed now and could not receive non profit college status. And she's credible to make decisions on my comorbidity or my ability to work or not? No! She's a run of the mill fraud.in my mind. She doesn't tell it straight and gaslights the hell out of people applying. She's garbage and she doesn't care about the effects from her words. Demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding for the diseases she supposedly knows so much about? Tell me something to make me believe ur good at ur job.?

I can never get a hold of front desk to make an appointment for dental kids. Left multiple messages never got a call back. Horrible horrible customer service.

One of the worst dental care. I called about 30 times within two weeks just to schedule an appointment and when they finally answered they closed the line in my face.

New front desk process is daunting I dread calling to make an appointment or showing up for one . The girls at the front desk always seem more concerned with each other and there starbucks cups and drink and runs then helping the customers . its really unprofessional . Its really slow to get threw lines because of all there socializing and cross talk . I hope front desk management takes a closer look at the employees level of customer service ext.. As a patient I should not know that they can't leave during office hours together to get coffee in a car at starbucks because of company rules so they have to walk together . This is not a isolated incidents this had been the tone every time I have came in after there remodel and new staffing expansion .

The people here are bad and so mean. Especially name Valeria D with the insurance. I got appointment with them last week and tell the front desk that I don't have insurance at the moment. I asked them if they are okay with no insurance and I will just pay upfront. The day before my appointment someone called me to confirm my appointmet and I said Yes. The day of the appointment when I'm about to leave the house I received a call from this Valeria D ( she don't want to give her last name to me - unethical) and asking my insurance information. And I said can I just bring my insurance card because I just got a coverage now. And she said on the phone being sarcastic and mean. Ohh no, we need to get your insurance info because in this clinic we don't accept a lot of medical insurance. And if yours is not we need to cancel your appointment. So I give my insurance information and she said "is that a government insurance we don't accept those and I said NOPE it's not a government I'm paying high anount on this monthly because I'm self employed. And I said Okay if you don't accept this card I will just pay out of pocket. And she said, even you pay out of pocket we cannot refer you to anyone because you are not covered by insurance. It's like she judge me already, she acts like she is the owner of that hospital. Someone need to check this because this is not good customer service especially that Valeria D lady.

Not accepting new patients even though on the insurance site says accepting my insurance and the doctor I’m assigned to works here brought that up and then got told they only accept state insurance for new patients

Dr. Varsha Raghavan is the worst. She is always in hurry and does not listen to patients concerns. My son had an appointment with her and she left the exam room in hurry without answering all my questions. Just don’t make an appointment with her. She doesn’t care about your illness.

Lots of office management issues. Poorly developed systems, high turn over maybe... phone system finally improving. I have high hopes they listen to my feed back and make much needed changes. My doctor is awesome though.

Health point Dental is friendly and very Thorough! I am very nervous and hesitant to visit a Dentist. So far the Dental staff have been understanding and helpful. :)

Horrific front desk , asking how much money I made , I believed a confidential information, I am glad I am not with them the last 4 years, I am encouraging my other members family also get out of there. I felt the same as I felt horrible when I have service with them 4 years ago. Horrid !! , what joke !!
