However, the business faces significant office management issues, with an abysmal front desk service causing scheduling problems and delays. Systems are poorly developed, though improvements are being made. It is considered a good clinic for check-ups or referrals but may lack communication for chronic illness care.
This clinic seriously needs to train their front desk staff better or give them a mental health day because everyone always seems exhausted and unhappy. Please remind receptionist to treat patients like they would like to be treated.
