The people and the process were great. I got a vehicle that was dirty but also got there just before closing. I washed and detailed the vehicle myself. Thank you for the help.

This Hertz Rental is amazing. It's a 1 person location so you may need to wait a bit but the quality of the service is unmatched. They put me in rental car of my preference after I was involved in a hit and run and was super communicative and friendly along the way. I would highly recommend this rental place.
