Russ worked tirelessly with my insurance company, fighting to get me the best deal possible and standing firm regarding their constant denials. Because of that I was able to get exactly what I needed and insurance did cover the costs. Vlad was a true professional and was in constant communication with me regarding the options available when he was doing the repairs. He was also very considerate of my cats and always told me when they would arrive in the morning and when they were done for the day so I could let my cats out of jail. And then there was Peter the painter who went above and beyond when doing the finishing touches. It looked amazing when everything was done.
The entire team was so awesome I was also able to have them do a couple side projects while they were available. I would heartily recommend them for any remodeling project and will certainly be contacting them with future projects.”

There was a small error in the vanity countertop measurement but they readily fixed it and everything looks great! They were very helpful and professional. We will come back here again for another countertop project!”

Great at communicating, understanding and explaining things by sending visuals/renders of the design, which are very helpful for the visual designer type like myself. They helped us order our beautiful Bellmont cabinets for our laundry room and they turned out just as we dreamt. Yvonne was quick to reply to our emails. “Roman and his team are absolute professionals that stand by their products and work. This store is not that close to where we live, but definitely worth the drive. Price was phenomenal for what we got (see pics) - 2 countertops with undermount sinks and a custom cut cabinet.
Not only was the quality and price amazing, but even though we aren't high quantity buyers of cabinets and countertops, they still treated us like we were important customers to them. That was not our experience at places we visited prior to checking this store out.
We will be recommending Bath and Kitchen Outlet to our friends in greater Seattle and when we are ready to replace our flooring in the near future, will be getting our Luxury Plank Vinyl from them as well.”
