“Roman and his team are absolute professionals that stand by their products and work. This store is not that close to where we live, but definitely worth the drive. Price was phenomenal for what we got (see pics) - 2 countertops with undermount sinks and a custom cut cabinet. Not only was the quality and price amazing, but even though we aren't high quantity buyers of cabinets and countertops, they still treated us like we were important customers to them. That was not our experience at places we visited prior to checking this store out. We will be recommending Bath and Kitchen Outlet to our friends in greater Seattle and when we are ready to replace our flooring in the near future, will be getting our Luxury Plank Vinyl from them as well.”

“Alina helped us pick quartz for our two bathroom remodels. She got the quote to us the same day and then followed through with all the additional details we needed updated. She was timely and very friendly. Zola scheduled our templating and installment. And the crews that came to template our bathrooms and install did an excellent job. Any issues we had were promptly dealt with and the whole process was smooth and easy. The best part… I saw the same quartz at another store and received a quote. First, it took them a week to get the quote to me, and then the quote was for $2000 more. I’m so glad I shopped around and found Granite and Marble Specialties. It was an easy process and much less expensive. I highly recommend them.”

He was professional, communicated clearly throughout the entire project, and did an outstanding job repairing my damaged siding and areas with dry rot. What impressed me most was that Vladimir made sure the repairs were done the right way instead of simply covering up the damage. It’s obvious he knows his trade and takes pride in doing quality work that lasts. He also provided a very competitive, straightforward bid right away. “We absolutely love our countertops! I didn't read reviews before we decided to go to L&D and I'm glad I didn't. They were recommended by the company that made our cabinets. I don't know what other people expected from L&D but from my experience they were knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Other stone suppliers wanted to put a seam at the center of my sink because it's a long run but L&D didn't do that. The one seam I have in my kitchen is minimal and not noticeable unless you look for it. Customers need to keep in mind that you can't always get what you want with natural stone. If it break they aren't going to want to pay for an additional slap. I recommend L&D. My advice is to take a breath and shop around. We have a beautiful updated kitchen and we literally saved thousands and got the same aesthetic we would have gotten from other more expensive companies.”

“Wow! I went to Great Floors for a new carpet... was replacing a 30-year-old carpet. Wendy was awesome! She listened and found me exactly what I was looking for! She made everything really easy Including the install. She chose a wonderful installer named Ozzy. He came and did a lot of detail work for me and my carpet is just beautiful! He was on time and did fantastic work he even cleaned up afterwards and vacuumed my new carpet so it looked beautiful. He was also very careful not to let my indoor cats out and I greatly appreciate that. I definitely want to go back and get some kitchen flooring and work with both Wendy and Ozzy!!!”

After countless IKEA trips for four kids heading off to college, graduating, and furnishing their first apartments, we finally decided to eat there. I can now confirm that the hype around the Swedish meatballs is completely justified. They’re delicious, and the portion is generous enough to recharge anyone for another round of shopping. I’m already looking forward to returning. Needing a new lamp or chair will be the perfect excuse to eat here again.”
