“Very kind staff and clean store, but they don’t have the gap athletic clothes anymore and that was a main reason that I came to this location. They do have a lot of staples and branded clothes and the prices are pretty OK, especially if you can hit it on a sale.”

I ended up walking out with a red tommy jacket that I could not resist. Lol it was 76 bucks and it was on sale, why not. I think that's the only good thing about the outlet mall, the sales lol. But this store had alot, I may swoop in for another jacket though lol. Priorities smh.”
“I LOVE having this store in the area I live. The sales are good and the staff is GREAT! Judith was extremely helpful today when I was buying a pair of capri's. She asked how they fit and I said a little loose which is what I prefer. She was honest and told me the Rainier pants do stretch and I may want to consider a size smaller. I tried on the smaller size and they fit nicely, though slightly more snug than I usually wear. Because of her help and honesty, I have a pair of capri's I'll be happy with in the longrun. “I came for a pickup order and the lady that welcomed us in was so nice and friendly. i don't usually shop here but i just now realized how i've been sleeping on them as a clothing brand. they have the cutesttttt dresses ever. overall great experience. the lady also let me try on my dress before so i could make sure it fit me right. def recommend this location”

“We had the BEST shopping experience here! My friend and I are avid shoppers and this was truly a breath of fresh air. It was so nice to actually experience genuine customer service again! Little Thunder was incredibly helpful in the fitting rooms and Derek was amazing with helping us around the store. Kristie was also very friendly and helpful. We had been shopping all weekend and this was by far the best experience we had.
I was just telling my friend that real customer service feels like a dying art — but let me tell you… it is alive and well here! The store also has a great selection. We found some great deals. “I went to the mall today. Purchased some items. I just wanted to say the customer service was excellent! The SA was very helpful and professional. Just as good as the Luis vuitton store. Went to Coach afterwards and their customer service was none. Hats off to Michael Kors. Will definitely be back.”
“Been here a few times, but hadn't bought anything in a couple of years from this store. Today (5/15/23), happened to find some great deals on Men's Basketball shoes that I couldn't pass up!! Dropped by to look for some quality shoes on sale and found 3! Paid a total of $175 for the 3!!! Original prices would have totaled over $350, so a wicked great deal! Half price. Pretty happy about that.”

“Check their website before purchasing. Made a purchase last week for niece. Dress was marked $34.00. Then went online when got home and it was on sale for
$20.99. Called the number on the receipt and was the 44th caller in line. Waited for about an hour and they wouldn’t price match the website. Store was fine, it wasn’t their fault.”
