Customer service was great at Metro PCS location 10091 US Hwy 19 Port Richey FL.
Silvia is amazing! She was very attentive to our concerns, helpful she answered all of our questions & gave us friendly service. She's knowledgeable & fixed our phone issue where others could not. Highly recommend Silvia!

Jennifer is a breath of fresh air. When I arrived Friday afternoon, she was the only employee working as the other employee was on break. She was clearly busy with a few people that arrived before me, yet she still managed to assist them while helping me with a technical issue. I appreciate how kind, attentive and efficient she remained. She’s a gem!

Bad experience with a guy from there They don't tell you the correct price, they tell you a rough estimate and they don't respect the promotions. They also tell you that the protector is free and on receipt, once you pay, they charge you for it. My cell phone would have cost me 70 dollars less if I bought it in line that with them

So my husband's battery blew up, we've had our phones for a couple years. We switched to Metro awhile back and have had service issues pretty much the whole time. Anyways long story short went in to replace the phone. The guy working showed me some phones so I picked one went to buy it and he said he would have to change my plan because he didn't know how I got the plan I was on it was 50$ for both lines. I told him so your saying if I buy my husband a phone you are going to change my plan to something more expensive. He said yes...I have Never heard of this before.. so I went down and switched us to cricket immediately. Apparently that particular metro store has lost a lot of customers due to that same guy trying to do the same thing to them. Might want to rethink your employees Metro. For the price of what he was going to charge me for a new phone and trying to upcharge my service plan. I got 2 new phones at Cricket and an Amazing plan for half that. UPDATE: I will never visit your store again and am happy with my new carrier Cricket.

Absolutely swindlers at this store. Does not explain store policies before purchase. Unwilling to make it right even when customer care tells them to. Do not shop here! Absolutely dishonest garbage.
