Currently sitting on hold for over an hour because they messed up my insurance. I’ve wasted an hour to clarify something that should have been paid for already. Am I going to get reimbursed for my time wasted on hold? Probably not.

I would give 0 stars if I could. When I end up with something extremely wrong with me I’ll be suing that exact doctor that sent me home with nothing saying I’m fine. I Went in for extremely bad cough and unbearable pain my throat shortness of breath spitting up green mucus: STILL TODAY. This Asian doctor said he could do NOTHING for me. Wasted my time and my money. Why do you work at the hospital when you can do nothing for a patient but waste their time. I’m throwing up green mucus and there’s no antibiotics you can provide your patient? I can’t breathe there’s nothing you can do? Reevaluate your career. 0 stars. Don’t recommend coming here if you need any type of HELP poor service just a bunch of cocky nurses on their high horses walking around when they do nothing for their patients but make them wait HOURS just to come back and give no solution. If I was dying this is the last place I’d ever want to come. Don’t bring me here.

My 93 yr old mother transported via ambulance with difficulty breathing, elevated blood pressure, and nausea. She has a history of congestive heart failure,, blood clots,, and intestinal blockages.. I thought it was filthy,, the dr listened to her lungs and that was it.. I ran downHer medical history and they never took an EKG, they never did a CT to check for a blockage, the nurse took blood without wearing gloves!! They lost her blood samples within 10 minutes and had to do it again, without gloves afain!!again!!! She only put gloves on 1 time the whole time we were there. They said her xray of her abdomen was fine so they didn't feel she has a blockage, even though the signs were there. They said she was fine and sent us home. Within 2 hours she was violently throwing up!! We went to a different ER. They did and EKG, CT scan, and found a blockage!!! She is now in the hospital!!! She had to pay another $100 Co pay as well. I will never go to Auburn sgain!!again!!! You can die ftom a bowel blockage!!! I have called to leave a complaint for all of the missteps they took. The quality of care was just not there. The sweet CNA went to ask for an EKG, so you know there is a problem. Even she knew!!! Not wearing gloves violates patient and nurse safety standards. Dr was short with me, no medical reason to keep her so we are done here. Nothing more we can do. Really??? Don't go to Auburn!!!

Dr Burger, surgery staff and Lolita and Amy are amazing. They took great care of me during surgery and after, they made me laugh in time of stress, made me feel comfortable and made sure I was ok the whole time. They are Phenomenal people. Also grateful for nurse Kyle he gave me oxygen when I had a hard time breathing before I was taken into surgery. I appreciate everyone who took care of me. I am blessed to have met everyone here. For there hard work and great attitudes I feel they deserve a raise. Very hard working people and my respects for taking care of me after hours. My family and I are truly grateful. Thank you so much.

I really love this hospital. I had my last baby there, and the gynecology and obstetrics area is the best. They make you feel very comfortable and safe, the nursing staff are super professional and friendly. and the level of hygiene is very high, always keeping your bed clean and sheets fresh. I definitely recommend it.

Wow. I suffered a grade 3 AC separation at the end of August and was unfortunately referred here by an urgent care center that probably received kickbacks for their referrals. They put an IV in me immediately yet administered no fluids or medication. The only thing they did was some X-rays to verify my obvious AC separation and give me a cheap sling before saying there's nothing else they could do. They left me in a cold room for over 6 hours with no food or oral pain medication. The only time they came to check in on me was to charge my credit card the $500 deductible. They were very efficient when it came to that. After 6 hours and thinking they forgot about me they finally came in with my results, said there's nothing they could do, and sent me home with a cheap sling. As of today they are attempting to bill my insurance and I $13,000 for these services. $13,000 to take X-Rays. I'm in utter shock and disbelief they are doing this to injured people. Now unfortunately I will have to spend more money and time on litigation to ensure Multicare does not get away with the fraudulent charges they are sending us. There's a really special place in hell for those that take advantage of the sick and wounded and the staff at MultiCare Auburn all have their spots well reserved in advance.

The caring staff that the hospital hires is the only positive statement that I can make for the hospital administration. The protocols put in place, regardless of the severity of the medical status of the human being entering their ER, are far less than adequate. 12 hours is an inhumane time to make an 88 year old man that got diagnosed by that same ER, with a severe gallbladder infection and will require emergency surgery, to not be able to find him a room to admit him into. Then the staff is put into awkward positions with the families because of the admin.when the patient is now very uncomfortable and letting the family members know all about it. No thanks to anyone at this point, admin. peeps.

Not a good experience, most of the staff were nice but some of them not so much. Waited forever just to get a room so I feel I should have gone to a different hospital. I will go elsewhere for my medical needs next time.

I am sitting in the ER right now in tears. I have been treated horrible more than once by the staff and doctors here. Although most all the nurses are good nurses. I was told there is nothing he can do for me today. He was cruel and rude. He didn't do any pelvic examination and he didn't touch me or even ask me to show him where the pain is. This is the same Doctor I saw the last time I came in two months ago. I had a bad virus then that turned into bad bronchitis. He didn't even listen to my lungs. I ended up in my Pulmonologist office where they had to give me Prednisone and Albuterol for my Nebulizer because I was that bad. He didn't give me a breathing treatment and he made me go home short of breath. I am going to get a second opinion from Harborview Emergency because I know something is very wrong and the doctor isn't listening to me. I don't want to come in here when it's too late and they are pumping on my chest and trying to figure out what happened. Why should I have to wait until I am critical? I came here to find answers and I was told to come here by my doctor's if I didn't feel better. I would rate this hospital 0 stars ifit was possible ?

Reviews are no joke. The ER is anything but. Whoever funding this place needs to halt all funds till the unprofessional antics of staff comes to a halt. After hours of waiting for much needed medical care for wounds & possible serious infection, i walked out. When someone leaves in worse state then they came in, the people running this circus needs to step in. Responding to all reviews ( with much of the same negative complaints) is no way to address the many problems. The smell alone can chase off a patient. The staff are confused, the patients are not inmates and the staff are not prison guards. The reality that the patients are experiencing sickness and many in immediate pain or discomfort seems to go right over their heads. For all the ones that say whites receive better service, I'm white and still received the awful no service treatment
