“Great prices, and even better customer service! I’ve done about 10 loads in the last week and each time they were friendly and fast. I also got great help from Spencer driving the tractor, even pulling out large rocks from fill dirt, and adjusting my tarp in the pickup to make sure unloading would be easy. Spencer also went above and beyond by filling up a load for me when I arrived after closing because of a delay. No one should expect such great service, they have certainly earned 5 stars from me!”

“I have been coming to this nursery for years. Plant parenting can be very intimidating but their staff are very knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly when it came to me asking questions and navigating which plant to buy! They have such a great selection. I love love love this place and telling all my friends about it. I am already excited about my next visit.”

“Great local nursery with strong selection and incredible hanging baskets. We’ve made their flowers, and large geranium baskets, a regular part of our Spring preparations.”

“Gained a lifetime customer!!! Staff 100/10. Fresh LOCAL produce for a outrageously amazing price! For example I got yams, onions, Carrots, Lettuce, Celery, beets, Tomato's, Eggs, and some of their kettle corn for only $35. In today's economy that's jaw dropping to me. Please support this wonderful gem of a place”

“10/10 for all things Christmastime! We were looking for nearby spots to take our 1.5 year old to see Santa and the "Burien Mom's Group" on Facebook suggest ZHN. We had never been before. Had no expectations and had a hard time finding out details aside from days/times Santa would be there. Showed up (first weekend in Dec) and NO ONE was there for Santa, zero line. We took our time, Santa gave our daughter a candy cane. Photos are free, taken on your phone, but donations are encouraged and go towards the City. The set up is gorgeous (better than a mall) and Santa was the real thing! It was so lovely to not stress with a crowd and waiting and being rushed. They also let your kiddo choose a free Xmas book from a library of donated books. We then wandered around, picked out ornaments (their selection is honestly unbeatable and worth stopping by just to browse). Went back for a second visit today for our tree! Prices for a locally-owned nursery are SO reasonable (trees, ornaments, etc). Santa was there again, no line, but our daughter didn't want to visit him again haha. Even so, they gave us chocolate chip cookies and another free Xmas book! Everyone that works at the nursery is insanely nice and helpful. Literally greeting you as you enter. My husband and I are SO happy we found this gem.”

“I was looking for some unique adapter for my spray gun , cashier ( lady) was super helpful . I was about to leave the store desperately since I couldn’t find what I needed, but this lady refused to quit looking until she found me something worked just fine and saved me a lot of money and time . Thank you.”

“I called to get some pricing for delivery. Was given a bunch of options. The lady said I should come down and look at what they have. I did and decided to get 8 yards of their potting soil. Got delivered and it looks wonderful. Rich deep black organic material. No rocks that I can find, this is going to do wonders for the garden, flower beds and in the lawn. It is beautiful stuff. Thank you. Also Jon the delivery guy was great. Called right before he got here. Dropped the load perfectly and was on his way.”

“Fran’s Flowers is a hidden gem in Des Moines! Everyone there is incredibly friendly and helpful. The shop itself is charming, and they have the most beautiful selection of flowers I’ve seen in the area. Whether you’re picking up a bouquet for a special occasion or just brightening your day, Fran’s Flowers is the place to go. Highly recommend!”

“I can’t thank Flower by Chi enough for the beautiful work they did for my mother’s funeral. Losing her has been one of the hardest things our family has faced, but the care and detail that went into every arrangement truly honored her memory. From the stunning casket spray to the smaller arrangements around the service, every flower felt hand-picked and thoughtfully placed. It was clear they understood how much she meant to us and took extra care to make everything just right. Their compassion and professionalism made the process easier and brought a little bit of peace to our family on such a difficult day. I wholeheartedly recommend Flower by Chi for any occasion where flowers can convey love and comfort.”

“Well, customer service was really good. And prices were relatively fair. I have noticed a difference when you go to areas of the store. And it seems that specialists, now that around do not know a lot about some of the products or how to use them or install them. Just seems like there has been a big drop in that knowledge in the store going on for the past few years. I'm not saying the store is not a good place to shop. And I'm not saying that the employees do not offer great customer service, but to lack of knowledge Or experience has shown compared to what it used to be.”

“Called and initially spoke with Nate, gave great information/details. Then I believe I spoke with Randy to place the order. Had the 3 cubic yards of sand delivered on Monday (very quick turnaround time on delivery) and it went without a hitch. The driver was great. Respectful of the property. The sand was great as well - no hidden 'treasures' in it. (I've taken delivery from others and had pieces of trash and other things in the delivery - not the case here!) Super happy and will definitely use them again.”

“Incredibly helpful staff. I came in on a whim for an urgent project materials search and they squared me away with options on the spot. Thanks to your team for helping out. Cheers”

“Showed up for Pre-Selection and came back a week later to cut our tree! It seems that if you want to have a U-Cut experience these days you have to go to any tree lots pre-selection. It was a super simple process and the tree was at a great price point, places we have gone to in years past were way more expensive. When we were picking out a tree for pre-selection we had so many different contenders because there was a ton of great options. They manicure all the trees to make them all perfect with a classic Christmas tree shape. I would definitely come back here every year provided I made it to pre-selection. Donut food truck was an added bonus + wreaths for sale. Kind older fella even helped me with my tree out to the parking lot!”

“It’s a Home Depot! The people were especially helpful here however and they had exactly what we were looking for which was OSB boards. The lighting section always has something for every taste and the discounts can be really good sometimes!”

“Finally a good experience i knew where to go to get what I wanted and I so I didn't have to try and find someone that works there that knows where anything is at”

“I live in Covington and go to this home depot for many different things: paint, repairs, yard work. Overall, I like it. It's clean and well stocked. My wife loves their selection of plants here. I would say the biggest downside to this store is to find a person who can help if you have questions.”

“I can't explain how grateful my wife and I are to the doctors and nurses who helped us, I don't know how to thank them for the attention and good treatment they gave us, I can only say thank you a million times, I hope you will always be like that and we appreciate your I work and sacrifice because I know that work is not easy at all.”

“I'm a fan of Home Depot, friendly people, but Lowes always ends up having better pricing and selection, and More help all over the store. Sorry, gotta be honest.”

“They offer some great tool and truck rentals here. I was able to rent a truck for 19.99 for 75 min for a short local job. It was exactly what I needed and the staff even let me get other things I needed at the store before running the clock on my rental.”
