“Best place for fresh veggies & fruits. They are seasonal based I highly recommend to get fresh produce from them. We also get plants & seeds from them too . Overall, they never disappoint us.”
“Customer service at check out was awesome! The gentleman there helped to ensure that the Die and Tap set i bought would actually work to cut new threads for an oxygen sensor install. Worked really well when I got home. Signed up for their savings, and they always have super low pricing for great tools.”
“Went looking for a white type S Mortar
For a pond remodel. The employees were great I just got in the door, ask them what i was looking for they called around to different companies and directed me to a place in renton wa and found Exactly what I wanted. Thank you SiteOne landscaping supplies.”
“On Thursday I saw one of the highest level of customer service I've seen in my life from an employee named Melody. She was by herself at the self-checkout lane and it was crowded with customers. A Russian old man that doesn't speak any English at all have her occupied at the water tank area, at the same time 3 out of 4 of the customer in the checkout lane where waiting for employee assistance. The old man dragged it long enough that I can already see the level of impatient on the other customer's faces. I can tell one of them is already mad and is ready to complain as soon as she returns. After the old man was helped out, I watched Melody returns to the self checkout lane with zero frustration on her face, instead she approached the customer that seems the maddest with a smile warm enough that it's impossible for anyone to explode on. None of those customer ends up giving her any problems and I watch the lane gets emptyed out under the help of her professionalism.”
“I had an issue with a washing machine we purchased at this Home Depot. Manager April went above & beyond to make everything right. Outstanding customer service from her, the delivery team (Angel & Jorge) & Nicole with the Home Depot Appliance Hotline. THANK YOU!”
