About a week ago I needed oil and stopped here to pick some up. I guess I could have handled it myself but Wilmar came out, filled the tank and spent a good 5 minutes on further pertinent info. Thank you!

Customer service was great once the lady got off her personal phone call. It's poor etiquette to talk about your grievances about fellow coworkers who call out and how they should lose their job. Thise conversations should be discussed in private.

While the store is typically understaffed they are still very helpful and have always solved my car issues. The last time was a new gas cap to resolve a check engine light and it worked! Very nice staff!

Great service , check engine light was on Xavier helped read the engine report determined I needed a gas cap. He also said the check engine light should go out in a couple of days. YAY!

Terrible service. James Ogletree the manager was very rude. I went to get my battery charged and waited outside for an hour and a half. When I went back in he never charged it because it was a bad battery. I asked why he couldnt call me as you they call when its done. He just laughed at me and told me have a good day while rolling his eyes. I would have bought a new battery but not with that service. I got a new battery from across the street.

Awful customer service. Will never go to that location ever again. Worst experience ever. Edgewood location so much nicer and helpful or will go to auto zone.
