“I am a previous owner of several long term care facilities. Genoa Auburn has been a dream. Tracey, the manager is the best, and ensures that the service is impeccable. I previously worked with Ready Meds as my pharmacy and they routinely didn't send medications on time, or sent the wrong medications. Their very rude District Manager Cam would yell at me on the phone and try to tell me that everything was my fault. You won't go wrong choosing Genoa Auburn for your LTC pharmacy.”

I always get meds on but usually before they are needed.Recently started getting them in bubble packs much easier to keep track of what I’ve taken and not all those bottles to open every day bonus cuts down on plastic use!!!One very satisfied customer!!!?”

“I must say, The staff was always friendly. I just moved over from rite aid? I loved the staff and never had issues there. The first couple months at this new location I was ready to look for another pharmacy. I spoke (emailed) with store MGR) and they made immediate changes. Including helping out with more staff. I must say, this last couple months have been good. Almost like I was hom again. (Rite aid) so to folks looking. This is a good place, small but they seem to have a great team and they're very friendly as well. Glad to see it. Thanks to the staff.”

“It's a pharmacy. They got my scripts and filled them. Every time I have gone they have been ready for me as the doctors office had called ahead. No issues for any meds I have had to pick up for the whole family. They people behind the counter have always been polite and helpful.”

“My first time shopping at this location and it is very busy. I didn't go through the entire store, but only the grocery side. The self check out line is very long and the checks out lane with a cashier was long too. They don't have many lanes open. The gas pump line was long too, but was cheap. That's probably the reason.”

“I had an appointment earlier this month with Sanjukta Sridharan. I thought it was gonna be just like other appointments where they just check you as fast as they can check you out, but starting off my appointment the nurse did a through check in and even checked the vitals on both my arms to make sure it was accurate. Turns out it was a couple of beats off pending on the arm closest to the heart. Very interesting for me to know. The Dr. Came in eased me up on the very concern I came for but very truthful about my condition in my heart. Not only that but also noticed my concern to my shoulder and had me do certain rotations and set up an appointment for an X-ray and prescribed medicine for my condition. She also noticed I had a breathing condition that needed attention to and referred me to a sleep Dr. This Dr. Sridharan is an awesome Dr. Her and her team not only made me feel welcomed but also very attentive and addressed every concern I had and didn't even know I had. I wanted to take this time to say you are appreciated for this, and thank you💯”

“The Pharmacist is abdolutely wonderful if you treat all of them with respect and patience. I have a schedule 2 medicine and for this med, the Pharmacist has a TON of discretion to deny filling the prescription if they believe there is something suspiscous or dangerous(this is encouraged by law) . However because I have been going here for years and have a history with other medications there, the awesome pharmacist called me and asked if i wanted to pay out of pocket since insurance hadnt authorized it yet. I said i did but i also said I understand if the pharmacist wants me to wait because this is my first time with this medication and i understand that the descretion or sometimes store policy will make the pharmacist play it safe. They then told me that they appreciate me understanding and that becausr they know my history, see how closely im medically monitored AND my understanding of things both in and out of their control, they allowed me to do so! They even used the coupon i had which for scheduled meds is not required for them to do, but they did. I will continue to go here , and please , the next time there is a delay or problem getting meds , DO NOT take it out on the pharmacist and techs. No wonder They sometimes look so tired and emotionless, they have to deal with so many spoiled rich people and entitled karens.”
