“I am a previous owner of several long term care facilities. Genoa Auburn has been a dream. Tracey, the manager is the best, and ensures that the service is impeccable. I previously worked with Ready Meds as my pharmacy and they routinely didn't send medications on time, or sent the wrong medications. Their very rude District Manager Cam would yell at me on the phone and try to tell me that everything was my fault. You won't go wrong choosing Genoa Auburn for your LTC pharmacy.”

We had shots yesterday. We had an appointment, we were greeted with smiles and were on our way 15 minutes after our appointment time.”
“My first time shopping at this location and it is very busy. I didn't go through the entire store, but only the grocery side. The self check out line is very long and the checks out lane with a cashier was long too. They don't have many lanes open. The gas pump line was long too, but was cheap. That's probably the reason.”

“I have been going to this pharmacy every month , sometimes twice a month for 6 years straight now to pickup my medications and couldn't be happier with the treatment I recieve. I commute a 1hr round trip just to go to this location because they treat me so good. The pharmacy staff at this location is kind and respectful , always willing to do what they can to help ,esspecially if your a regular repeat customer and are kind to them. These pharmacists deal with rude angry customers all day everyday and iv seen it first hand many times while in line waiting. People leaving low reveiws need to remember we are all human and when you have to deal with bad angry rude customers most of the day about an intense sensitive item like meds and or deal with the rift raft thieves / bad people in auburn coming into the store harrassing them 24/7 you wouldn't be chipper all the time either. People commenting about medications not being available is not the pharmacists fault and a phone call ahead of time like I do goes a long way for them to insure they are prepared to fill your meds and or give you the correct information reguarding your particle prescription situation. The only downside to this pharmacy is the location, it's one of the worst safeways and has constant problems in the parking lot due to thieves , homeless people and drug addicts always lurking and hanging outside. If you can look past the bad location like myself and become a regular here I can assure you the kind staff will take care of you. 5 stars from me for the pharmacy staff, 1 star for the stores location . I grew up in the auburn area and unfortunately since I moved in 2013 it's gone way down hill in certain areas of the city.”

“I must say, The staff was always friendly. I just moved over from rite aid? I loved the staff and never had issues there. The first couple months at this new location I was ready to look for another pharmacy. I spoke (emailed) with store MGR) and they made immediate changes. Including helping out with more staff. I must say, this last couple months have been good. Almost like I was hom again. (Rite aid) so to folks looking. This is a good place, small but they seem to have a great team and they're very friendly as well. Glad to see it. Thanks to the staff.”

“I had an appointment earlier this month with Sanjukta Sridharan. I thought it was gonna be just like other appointments where they just check you as fast as they can check you out, but starting off my appointment the nurse did a through check in and even checked the vitals on both my arms to make sure it was accurate. Turns out it was a couple of beats off pending on the arm closest to the heart. Very interesting for me to know. The Dr. Came in eased me up on the very concern I came for but very truthful about my condition in my heart. Not only that but also noticed my concern to my shoulder and had me do certain rotations and set up an appointment for an X-ray and prescribed medicine for my condition. She also noticed I had a breathing condition that needed attention to and referred me to a sleep Dr. This Dr. Sridharan is an awesome Dr. Her and her team not only made me feel welcomed but also very attentive and addressed every concern I had and didn't even know I had. I wanted to take this time to say you are appreciated for this, and thank you💯”
