“Very good experience for a grocery DC. Biggest plus is the truck parking in the Seattle area that’s a huge deal. You can arrive early, park overnight, wait for your appointment, and there’s a restroom available. They are strict on appointment times. Mine was 7:00 PM, and they called me at 6:58 PM to go to dock 237. Checked in with Capstone, gave them the BOL, and they called when I was empty. About 2 hours total to unload. Yes, there is a lumper fee, but overall everything was organized and smooth. Definitely one of the better distribution centers I’ve delivered to.”

“I will rate them with 5 stars . Easy to get in and out from their location . They have big parking lot , restrooms near guard check . I was running late for my delivery because of some issues at my truck , they gave me dock in the next 10 minutes. It only them 1 h to unload me . They stop receiving at 12.30 pm , so I suggest you guys if you will have any problems with your truck or trailer and the broker will change your app for another day continue driving, you might have chances to get unloaded”
