I want to sent a lugage. When i ask them, they answered me with the voice don’t care. That makes me really confused. The luck is the second staff help me and explain for me. The first staff make me feel not respect.

I tried to send a package yesterday not knowing the process. I’ve only sent one other package in my life and. This older Asian lady (I didn’t get her name) was incredibly rude to me and should be fired for how she treats customers. Highly unprofessional she told me to go to the Covington location because I mentioned I sent a package from there. I’ve never been at a business where the employees told me to go to a different location in such a condescending tone. I did in fact go to Covington usps and was help but that lady is by far the worst representation of the company. And this was my first time at Auburn post office. I’ll never go there again!

Yes this is a dysfunctional post office but most are they are union they can't be fired I know cause I've tried. If employees can't be discharged for poor performance then they have no reason to complete task assigned.Being rude is the means to get you leave or have you on camera reciprocating what they give the public.

I have just recently purchased a new pokemon set that was set to arrive 7 days ago, Viewing the tracking ID I got a red label stating that it is held within the auburn location and delivery was attempted. I check my camera footage for my home and it shows the driver never stepping out of its car and not leaving any slip stating itll be held at the auburn location.
I went there today and further discovered that they dont have it anymore, which means it got lost whilst in the van. Meaning they either stolen it or its still in the van. The black lady had attitude and raised her voice furthermore.

I've had only good experiences at this post office. Clerks are very helpful. It's clean. The line moves quickly. I cannot complain at all about my years of experience here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The lobby was locked during hours when the lobby was supposed to be open per the sign on the door. I couldn't drop a package off that already had postage paid.

This post office sucks. My father passed so I was recently there in Washington for the funeral. I live in Missouri. I mailed 3 boxes of things from my father. Not one of the packages have arrived even though they were all supposed to arrive on the 24th. When calling in about getting a reprinted receipt. I was told I need to come in. HOW TF CAN I COME IN WHEN I AM IN MISSOURI??? Is USPS going to buy me a round trip ticket to come into the post office. Just so I can show them that my id and debit card match 😑😑😑 I can email a picture of all 3 things myself, ID, and name on debit card.
My package has been stuck with no updates ever since it was supposed to arrive on the 24th. All I keep getting in response to this is “oh we are backed-up” Tell your employees to do their damn jobs!

My mother tried sending me a care package to my ship as I’m in the Navy and was declined by the older Asian lady (never got her name). My mother presented her the address which is accurate but would not accept it due to her not having an extension number this time and despite having sent packages to me before with no hassle. Good luck to any other families sending stuff to your service member !
