They keep marking our packages as delivered but they’re never in the box. Supervisors don’t care. I had one tell me “this is what you get for using usps”. Absolute joke.

When you try to call for the Postal Service, you can’t get through and the line is not acceptable. You can’t call the Auburn office and I haven’t had mail since the 18th of the month. I wanna know where my mail is. They say it’s on the truck.
