Joann was incredibly awesome in getting a major system error corrected of over $1000. Also, stayed on the phone with me for 3.5 hours while two fraudulent phone numbers were removed and the Verizon Cust. Care and Fraud Depts. tossed us back and forth.

Brian 10/10 service did the stuff online he got me setup and came back the next day for cases and screen protector and he even put it on for me, if you go there go see him 🙌🏾

If you’re dealing with any kind of technical issue, save yourself the frustration and skip this store entirely. The reps at this Verizon location clearly lack the training and ability to handle even the most basic tech support tasks like transferring data between phones. I came in expecting professional help and left feeling like I had just wasted my time. Do yourself a favor and go directly to a corporate Verizon store where the staff is actually equipped to assist customers properly.

This store is amazing. Joann was the best Rep I ever came in contact with her. My activation had a lot of problems but after 4 hours she took care of me. Thank you to Joann for all you have done☺️

Jacob (from Verizon at Auburn Outlet Mall) has the best customer service I’ve ever had from any of the Verizon store employees or online representatives, or anywhere else. He was knowledgeable, helpful and fair. I appreciate the unsurpassed service He provided. You don’t find genuine people much anymore and Jacob was. I will tell everyone I know to work directly with him!

My phone stopped working and been frustrated with this all day and visited the Auburn outlet store and Jacob helped get my phone working super fast. Definitely recommend my friends and family to go see Jacob for anything Verizon.

Jacob went above and beyond helping me today. I had dropped my phone and it stopped working. I didn't have insurance for it. He got me a new phone and new plan.
