“I got my rescue dog, almost 11 years ago And I was referred to A valley animal hospital To get her shots and get spayed. I have been going there ever since, And this morning, I had to take that dog in to be put down. Never have I had a complaint about them. Dr. Ross and Dr. Ivy, we’re both wonderful, Caring, compassionate and never recommend any Unnecessary treatments. My experience these past 11 years has been nothing but five star. I may not Get another dog due to my advanced age, But if I do, I will definitely go this place as long as they are there.”

Dr Jow was very knowledgeable and thorough giving them each a thorough checkup and giving me the certificates to go through Canada. The office staff were so nice and and friendly and helpful. “Great place to get services for your fur babies or other pets…I am new here with this Vet so I have been getting the two places closest to me confused on dates and times. Staff has gotten back to me two out of three times so not bad. I’m just trying to get my puppy in for her 2nd round of shots, etc but a little confused here on the times and dates..? “Called to ask about Health Certificates for my dog to be able to fly. Was quoted a price lower than the other places that I’d called and was able to schedule for later that day. The exam was thorough, speedy and easy to get the necessary documentation for travel. I would recommend to anyone in need of care for their pet.”

“2 days ago, my poor dog was attacked by two extremely large pit bulls! My dog was in our yard, and attempted to play with the two pit bulls that had come into our yard (my dog doesn't have a mean bone in his body unless protecting me) when they growled my dog u turned and ran for our door, unfortunately the pits were right behind him! Although they both had shock collars on, and the owner standing right there with the controller in her hand, made no effort to shock them (had she this could've been prevented) instead she's trying to grab her dogs. Anyhow, the very large very muscular one bit my dogs head, puncturing his upper and lower eye lid, also puncturing his lower jaw! I was quoted for surgery by several other vets via video chat to see my dog or in person. The reason I decided on affordable animal emergency is that the lady that answered the phone, answered while they were closed, was compassionate, and made me feel comfortable. So I call to get let in when r get there, we go in sit down I'm told it's quite a wait and was given paperwork to fill out. Well the wait that he said was going to be long, was around 15 minutes (I've waited at my appointments longer) Ryder (my dog) is still nervous so he's barking and jumpy, the nurse never seemed bothered, went out of his way to let me know he understood, and all around was very good to my dog! They got him all cleaned up and fixed up, NO SURGERY AND THE BILL WAS UNDER $300!!!!!!!!! They went above and beyond for us in every single way needed and otherwise, these are amazing vets and all around great people!!! And their name rings incredibly true. God forbid something should ever happen to your animal, I promise this is the place you want to take your fur baby!!!!!!! Thank you so incredibly much, you have no idea how your compassion and calmness helped me and ryder!!!! You guys are beyond amazing, and I can't thank you enough! Ps Ryder is healing well and doing great thanks to you!”
