I returned my equipment since I recently moved. Decided to not continue with Comcast they are too expensive and would not allow me to have just Internet. I am on a fixed income and so now I am saving over $30.00 a month.

We called to switch service for a new address the rep assured us that on are move date service would be switch and no sooner get home and service is off and now getting the run around on the phone for 2 hours. Update So a bot gives me a link so they can help me but I just spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with customer service that said they couldn't help and we have to call back after 8am lol

Feels like i am at the DMV people waiting everyware. At least 4 stations not manned. For the price they charge you would think customer care would be better then waiting an hour for service

Granted, it was 20 minutes to close, but I got off work at 6 and worked about 30 minutes away. There were 2 guys who seemed free to help, yet, I still had to wait. One guy was sipping his drink, and another guy decided it would be a good time to close huge metal blinds in a building with no sound barrier. Rewind earlier in the day, I was told over the phone that I could just go in and get a sim card, no need to have my phone. My husband went because I was working. He spent an hour and a half waiting in the Auburn store, only to be told that no, they needed the phone to make sure that after they put it in, it would work. Fast forward to 6:40pm. I finally get help. The guy scanned the card, handed it to me, and sent me on my way. I get home. The sim card doesn't work. I called the customer service line, and they were so helpful. They couldn't fix it, but they tried. So, I have to go back to the store. My husband took my phone to a store in Kent, instead of going to Auburn, and he said they were nice and took the time to figure things out. The phone is still broken, but at least efforts were made to help by the Kent store and customer service.

If you had asked me two weeks ago, 5 stars. Today, if I could give zero I would. Simple phone upgrade. It has now taken 4 trips to the store and 3 calls to customer service over 2 weeks to resolve the billing issue they screwed up. It's not even done - I still have to hold back AGAIN to resolve this, unless I just want to eat $500 in extra charges.Different stories from every salesperson, different stories from every call, no notes recorded about the calls, a new story from the store manager... I don't know who's lying, but 6 people, 6 stories - statistically, most of them are liars.Now I have the most convoluted fix possible, losing my new phone for a new, new phone because no one has the power to just do it right - no, the customer has to suffer. And they can't even get that right, getting everything stuck and telling me to come back on Saturday, after already sitting there for almost 3 hours - when I'm supposed to be at the airport!I went from fine, to annoyed, to frustrated, to angry, to disgusted - now I'm frankly just exhausted, and embarrassed of them.Never again. When this contract is up, never again. Absolutely shameful.

If you want to be treated rudely, waste your time and not get anywhere close to satisfactory customer service, and have to interact with morons this is your place.
