“Expecting it to be a quiet day before Thanksgiving, I pulled in to Modern Collision in hopes that they could check my tires and add air. (A warning light had just gone on.) But it was crazy busy! They assured me they would be happy to adjust the air and immediately took the car. They found a nail was the culprit and quickly repaired the tire. They know the ins and outs of the whole process so it’s a true relief handing it over to them!(Just fyi that the website allowed me to make an appt on thanksgiving and even sent me text reminders, but it was a glitch. I was pretty sure it was so didn’t even bother putting on real shoes or change out of my PJs that morning ? they called me back as soon as they were actually open though!)”

“Caliber Collision took excellent care of my car. It looks as if nothing had happened to it. I was glad since I had only had the car for not quite 3 months and it only had 13k miles on it (had 9100 when I bought it so was still under factory warranty). They kept me updated on the status of the car and Victoria answered any questions I had throughout the process very thoroughly and reassured me all would be taken care of. We were sure they would do well as they restored my husband's 2006 Denali when he had someone hit it head on and we thought it was totalled. That car is still running strong for him. I totally recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.”

“Got a dent in my truck bed side and they fixed it like it never happened. Black metal flake paint on a body line. Erased.Most shops need a little nudge to let you know what's going on, they are no different.Once they started repairs, they kept me posted and had it done far ahead of the estimated time. That's luck of the draw because some repairs do take longer. This kind of work is an art form and they have it figured out.”

“After I did read the reviews, I did take my chance with my 2011 Honda CRZDropped my car at Gerber Collision at Ballard as they told me I would receive twice a week updates and I did thank you for that.They did replace my driver side Fender,Bumper cover, and my driver side front lights. The new part alignment was perfectly matched, and the color match was right on the spot perfect.It did take 13 working days to complete the job from start to finish.
